Confused
Washed my car. Got it back half- cleaned(after having to fetch it between cords and machines) I lodged a complaint, and was asked to bring it back. Only to hear they will clean whay I have cleaned ! Waste of precoious time and petrol. Everything tjat seems.too good.to be true, os too good.to be true!!

Decided to purchase a second motorbike from them after a very good experience with the first purchase. I did not do my due diligence the second time which in hindsight was a poor decision on my part. They sold to me a unit that was not registered in their name and was still under financing between the previous owner and a bank. They did not mention this at the time of purchase nor after multiple follow ups. It took 13 months to resolve this issue and its safe to say that I would not recommend them to anyone but if you must purchase from them then please do your due diligence. I certainly learnt my lesson.

Worst dealership in SA
Worst experience I have ever encountered at any dealership. Sold my bike to Bike bros. in Feb 2022 and since then I have had multiple conversations with Wayne each month to settle the bike to remove it from my finance. Each month he promises it has been done only for another installment to go off. Where has peoples’ ethics gone? Stay away from this place

Custom work on motorcycle
What a fantastic experience dealing with Edwin at Different bike customs, had a sissy bar and carrier custom made for my Dragstar. Absolute professional service and very reasonable price. Highly recommend Edwin and his team for custom work 👏 🙌 👌 👍

I purchased a s****** from Bike Bros during lockdown 2020. Service from Wayne and Sean was top notch. They went so far as to deliver the s****** to me with registration done and new number plates fitted.

DEFECT BATTERY ON NEW MOTORCYCLE
Bought motorcycle GO MOTO ZR125 (brand new) on the 19th of December 2014 and the last time the battery worked was when we left the showroom. I waited until the three month/500 km service (21/03/2015) was due, to put it on the issues list to be sorted out all on the same time. We could not use the electric starter as the battery was always dead. When, at the time of the service, mentioning it to the staff at Bike Bros, I was informed that it was due to loose battery terminals which they then fastened. Once again this only worked when we left Bike Bros and the very first time after, it did not work. I had the battery tested by a battery specialist and was informed that the battery is defect. When taking the motorcycle back to Bike Bros to have this defect battery replaced, I was told directly that Bike Bros will not replace the battery as the day the motorcycle was handed over and signed off, the battery was working. If I want the battery replaced I must take this up with SAM (Southern African Motorcycles) whom carries the warranty. The warranty explicitly states that batteries are not covered. As this battery was defect from the beginning, I expect Bike Bros to replace

Just plain AWESOME
Bought a bike from Wayne today. If you want someone who is honest, will go the extra mile (literally) and will put YOU first in everything then this is the place for you. Wayne were so professional and always willing to help. <br> <br> All I can say is he is just amazing. If you are thinking about buying a bike, don't even THINK about another place.
