Bought motorcycle GO MOTO ZR125 (brand new) on the 19th of December 2014 and the last time the battery worked was when we left the showroom. I waited until the three month/500 km service (21/03/2015) was due, to put it on the issues list to be sorted out all on the same time. We could not use the electric starter as the battery was always dead. When, at the time of the service, mentioning it to the staff at Bike Bros, I was informed that it was due to loose battery terminals which they then fastened. Once again this only worked when we left Bike Bros and the very first time after, it did not work. I had the battery tested by a battery specialist and was informed that the battery is defect. When taking the motorcycle back to Bike Bros to have this defect battery replaced, I was told directly that Bike Bros will not replace the battery as the day the motorcycle was handed over and signed off, the battery was working. If I want the battery replaced I must take this up with SAM (Southern African Motorcycles) whom carries the warranty. The warranty explicitly states that batteries are not covered. As this battery was defect from the beginning, I expect Bike Bros to replace
