I ordered an Airoh helmet from Bike Kings’ online store on 30 December 2024. On Thursday, 2 January 2025, I called to confirm my order. The Sales Manager informed me that the helmet needed to be ordered from their Cape Town branch and that I should receive it by Monday.
When I followed up on Monday, no one could provide an update because the Sales Manager was reportedly out sick. I called again this morning, only to learn that the Cape Town branch had sent the wrong size. Now, the order process has to start over, meaning even further delays.
Bike Kings, this is unacceptable. Your lack of coordination and communication is extremely frustrating. I’m losing patience and seriously considering requesting a refund. Please improve your processes.
