After a frustrating experience with delays and miscommunication, I’m updating my review to 4 stars to thank Bike Kings for delivering my helmet this morning, 9 January 2025. A special thank you to Daniel, the Sales Manager, for stepping in and ensuring my helmet was delivered promptly after all the setbacks. I truly appreciate the extra effort he made in sourcing the correct size from one of their competitors to resolve the issue. This level of service made a big difference and has restored my confidence in the company. Thank you for turning things around!
I ordered an Airoh helmet from Bike Kings’ online store on 30 December 2024. On Thursday, 2 January 2025, I called to confirm my order. The Sales Manager informed me that the helmet needed to be ordered from their Cape Town branch and that I should receive it by Monday. When I followed up on Monday, no one could provide an update because the Sales Manager was reportedly out sick. I called again this morning, only to learn that the Cape Town branch had sent the wrong size. Now, the order process has to start over, meaning even further delays. Bike Kings, this is unacceptable. Your lack of coordination and communication is extremely frustrating. I’m losing patience and seriously considering requesting a refund. Please improve your processes.

Their customer service is just pathetic. I have had numerous issues with our internet being down for hours at a time & have issued multiple complaints but this excuse for a company never seems to help anyone seeing all the other reviews. Our internet is down as I'm writing this review...This is just pathetic. If you want good fibre then you should go to a more reputable company
