Great Shop
Great service and pricing, some products are a bit pricier than other suppliers but overall good quality equipment with good pricing and fast service, very very happy

Online service not nearly as good as it used to be.
Seems like the online service is going backwards... Bought a few items in store and online, and online service was always excellent. Latest order not so much. No feedback on delayed order unless I phone to ask for feedback, and then I am met by a bit of an attitude on the phone call. Once this last order is fulfilled I will probably buy elsewhere going forward.

Once this last order is fulfilled I will probably buy elsewhere going forward.

List items that are not available in online store.
Ordered a helmet from them online that they had listed as a sale item. No communication from them for two days. Emailed them to enquire about the status of my order. Received a phone call to inform me that they “can’t locate the helmet”??? They obviously have no clue what is listed on their online store. No apology, no effort to resolve an issue that is obviously their fault. I cancelled the order and will not order from them again. Order from these clowns at your peril.

FAST service and delivery!
Ordered a Tank bag and related accessories late afternoon on Thursday, expecting delivery only next week. Friday morning 10:50, delivery at my door. Well done Bike Kings! Also, prices are very competitive, and they carried items that are out of stock at most other bike outlets.

Fast and friendly assistance on the phone, excellent products, prompt delivery to name but a few. Ad on to existing order? I did it with no hasle, phoned, etf'd the funds and recieved all the next day. Really a very cool and friendly&exellent company to deal with in todays times.
