Great service and pricing, some products are a bit pricier than other suppliers but overall good quality equipment with good pricing and fast service, very very happy

Seems like the online service is going backwards... Bought a few items in store and online, and online service was always excellent. Latest order not so much. No feedback on delayed order unless I phone to ask for feedback, and then I am met by a bit of an attitude on the phone call. Once this last order is fulfilled I will probably buy elsewhere going forward.

Seems like the online service is going backwards... Bought a few items in store and online, and online service was always excellent. Latest order not so much. Ordered a helmet from them online that they had listed as a sale item. No communication from them for two days. Emailed them to enquire about the status of my order. Received a phone call to inform me that they “can’t locate the helmet”??? They obviously have no clue what is listed on their online store. No apology, no effort to resolve an issue that is obviously their fault. I cancelled the order and will not order from them again. Order from these clowns at your peril.

I ordered an Airoh helmet from Bike Kings’ online store on 30 December 2024. On Thursday, 2 January 2025, I called to confirm my order. The Sales Manager informed me that the helmet needed to be ordered from their Cape Town branch and that I should receive it by Monday. When I followed up on Monday, no one could provide an update because the Sales Manager was reportedly out sick. I called again this morning, only to learn that the Cape Town branch had sent the wrong size. Now, the order process has to start over, meaning even further delays. Bike Kings, this is unacceptable. Your lack of coordination and communication is extremely frustrating. I’m losing patience and seriously considering requesting a refund. Please improve your processes.

I ordered an Airoh helmet from Bike Kings’ online store on 30 December 2024. On Thursday, 2 January 2025, I called to confirm my order. Ordered a Tank bag and related accessories late afternoon on Thursday, expecting delivery only next week. Friday morning 10:50, delivery at my door. Well done Bike Kings! Also, prices are very competitive, and they carried items that are out of stock at most other bike outlets.

do not buy from them, no after sales service on warranty, blame customer for incorrect fitment, even when fitted by BMW themselves and bike kings do not have a fitment center or recomend approved fitment center, make you drive up and down, taking off work, chasing them and get told tuff if you cannot get to them to sort it out. The arrogance of the staff is disgusting. Recommended so many people to them and only buy from them, WELL THAT STOPS TODAY!!!!!

I placed and paid for an order on 12 Sep 2023. The following day, I was informed that they did not have the product. I agreed that I would accept a refund and didn't have a problem with that. I provided my banking details for the refund and did not hear back from them. I followed up 2 days later and heard nothing back from them. I decided to give them additional time for the money to be paid back. More than 2 weeks later, multiple phone calls and emails, and they have not paid me back and do not communicate with me. They stole my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR ONLINE STORE!!!
