Great service and pricing, some products are a bit pricier than other suppliers but overall good quality equipment with good pricing and fast service, very very happy
Worst, Worst, Worst ISP I have ever delt with in my life. Canceled the order but then decided to reinstate it 1 week after the cancelation request, yet they canceled it anyway and took R1800 debit order. We then contacted them and it was reinstated and advised there is R1800 credit on our account (this was in January 2026). End of Jan they debited R1400 from our account, Every time we phone them they keep passing us to departments and through that they can see there is a note on our profile but the credit is not app****, they have confirmed beginning of Feb 2026 we will get a R1500 Excl vat refund and it will take 2-5 business days. Today we contacted them and for the 3rd time it has been advised its been processed and we should expect the funds next week.... They are the WORST, If I could give a -5 it wount be enough.....NEVER use them, I am not sure how they got the badge for best ISP of 2025 cause they are NOT

Utterly useless, you pay your debit orders and then they still say your in arrears, you send them multiple emails with the POP and still you get threatend with a Teljoy tech to come and collect, then you send another email and contact them where they reply a agent will call you shortly, just after that you get a customer satisfaction survey to complete but no one has contacted you yet. I wil never use them again, i wanted to pay my balance in full but it seems like they do not want my money so there you go. PLEASE dont use them
What a useless company. They keep telling everybody lies 1st of all and secondly im awaiting a parcel from JHB. So the company I bought the parcel from sent it to Skynet in Witbank...Skynet recieved it and THEN sent it back to there JHB office to pack in a bag...I am in Nelspruit...why the FK will be in Witbank and then sent back to JHB to pack in a bag....WHY? Useless! Useless! Useless!
If I could give a -5 I would. What a useless company, always having issues when you try and claim funds back that medshield should have claimed....and please dont send me a reply to mention you will look into my issue. I am going to cancel my medshield and you wont be able to stop me.
Never again taking my car for a service. What is the point taking it at 8 and being told it's second in line when they only start service at 12:00. Although the service department close at 12:00. So this means the service was rushed and not properly done....??? Never again!!!
I'm lost for words....why do you say my printer is delivered? Last time I checked there was nothing sitting in my office. Sort this out NOW!!!!!!
Terrible, terrible, terrible...becoming more and more like our government...useless. Ordered a printer online, did not get any feedback for 3 days just to get a hold of someone to tell me there is no stock they are sourcing....then why the @#&£ will you say online there is stock available...so between the 2-5 working days delivery I'm starting to think I will NOT get my printer this year...terrible man.
Markham Menlyn is terrible, Terrible music, it is so loud you can barely hear each other and the staff is very rude
