Very bad service and you will not get your money
Worst experience and no after sale service
I bought a carburator on 11 January got it fast but they sent the wrong carburator , told me I had to send it back to them on my own cost so I did as it was for a client of mine , and then whenever I WhatsApp them they read the message and ignore me and if they answered a week later they are unprofessional
I have been asking for a refund or the right products for weeks and sending messages and being ignored
So they got the part back and my money and then they don't respond to you
I have all the messages

03 Feb 2026, 14:28The owner Stefan has contacted me today , he was very polite and professional and he communicated to me where the problem was and he explained everything to me , this is all I wanted and the open communication really did help , I did not have a good experience with this company but I do feel like the effort was made for the first time today by the owner unlike with the employees
