Worst experience and no after sale service I bought a carburator on 11 January got it fast but they sent the wrong carburator , told me I had to send it back to them on my own cost so I did as it was for a client of mine , and then whenever I WhatsApp them they read the message and ignore me and if they answered a week later they are unprofessional I have been asking for a refund or the right products for weeks and sending messages and being ignored So they got the part back and my money and then they don't respond to you I have all the messages

I am beyond frustrated with Bike Parts. On 7 November 2025, they took my payment even though they had no stock. Since then, I have been waiting for my refund, but all I’ve received are empty promises and excuses. I have been more than patient, but this is unacceptable. I am now anxious and angry at the lack of accountability. If Bike Parts cannot honor their commitments, then customers deserve to know. I demand clarity: Am I ever going to be refunded or not? If this is not resolved immediately, I will escalate this matter further with the Consumer Council and continue exposing this behavior publicly. Consumers beware – Bike Parts takes your money without stock and fails to refund.

Useless......Zero after sales Service. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH. They did well to get the goods I ordered to me amazingly quickly.....but that is where anything good ended. They sent me the wrong Battery.....short version....after numerous attempts at WhatsApp communications with very sp**** and absolutely worthless responses, a telephonic discussion with supposedly another person (Not tending to the WhatsApp......) during which I was pretty much dissed because the person had a customer in front of him.....and who also failed to follow up as they indicated they would, and also logging the return Online.......and still............NADA.....Zip. I am now the proud owner of a R499 paper weight.

I bought a part for my Linhai quad and after more than a month, no delivery. I phoned them a few times, whatsapp them and it was excuses all the way. They offered a credit and I gave my bank details to them, but nothing....I lost that money... Never again will I buy from them!!!!

I ordered a service kit and a carburetor airfilter pie for a Linhai 260cc. When the parcel arrive only the service kid was delivered. There was no documentation in or attached on the parcel like an invoice. I phoned the company to enquire. The answer was oh it must be the guys in the back I will follow up. No further responses. Please take note of this company rather buy from someone else.
