Good day,
I am very disappointed with the service I received. The consultants I spoke to were unhelpful and spoke to me in a rude manner. This has been a very bad experience, and because of this I would not feel comfortable recommending Cartrack to anyone or using your services again in future.
I have already made my payment, yet I am still not receiving my paid-up letter. Please assist urgently by confirming my payment and issuing my paid-up letter as required.
