I am frustrated because after not being assisted properly on their live chat, I opted to call them. I was told that l am third in the queue and will be attended to shortly. After ONE HOUR and TWENTY minutes, I was still third in the queue and all my funds were gone to waste, resulting in my call being aborted with no resolved issues. Their technical support is. Just as bad and I want to add to that as well

Good day, I am very disappointed with the service I received. The consultants I spoke to were unhelpful and spoke to me in a rude manner. This has been a very bad experience, and because of this I would not feel comfortable recommending Cartrack to anyone or using your services again in future. I have already made my payment, yet I am still not receiving my paid-up letter. Please assist urgently by confirming my payment and issuing my paid-up letter as required. Thank you.

I want to report serious billing and account issues with Rain. I have paid twice this month, and I also made a payment in September. Despite this, my account now shows that I owe over R6,000, and I keep receiving SMS messages demanding payments. I have been demanded to pay R925 and even R995 each month, and I do not know who changed my subscription because I originally signed up for R625. These changes were made without my knowledge or consent. When I contacted support, I was told I hadn’t made any payments until I provided proof of payment which clearly shows that Rain is not updating payments correctly, yet they continue increasing the subscription and billing me incorrectly. I used to enjoy Rain and believed it was the best WiFi I ever used, but this experience has left me extremely frustrated. Today I have been on calls the whole day, and I am still without WiFi. I am requesting Rain to urgently investigate my account, reverse the unauthorised changes, correct the billing errors, and remove the incorrect outstanding balance.

The service provider was patient and helpful,she explained everything and was good listener. I am happy and we resolved the problem .
