Shockingly Defensive & Unprofessional Complaint Handling Order Dates: 27 June 2025 (Invoice #1389) & 12 July 2025 (Invoice #3155) Branch: Woodstock As a loyal customer since Bin Rashied Woodstock opened, I'm devastated to report not just inconsistent pizza quality, but appallingly unprofessional complaint handling. On 27 June, your Indonesian Masala Steak Pizza was exceptional. On 12 July, the same pizza tasted only of green peppers with zero steak seasoning – bland and deeply disappointing. I emailed management (14 July) detailing this inconsistency. Their reply: Accused me of "threatening to discredit the brand" simply for mentioning I'd share honest feedback on Hello Peter Promised to investigate and revert "soonest" Refused accountability, claiming "all stores receive the same product" When I objected to their antagonistic tone (14 July), they went silent. After 2 follow-ups (last on 17 July), they ignored all emails. To date (25 July): Zero investigation feedback No apology for their accusations Complete disregard for customer concern WARNING TO CUSTOMERS: Bin Rashied: ✓ Attacks customers giving constructive feedback ✓ Makes empty promises about "investigations" ✓ Ghosts customers when accountability is required Their "without prejudice" reply (sent anonymously from an iPhone) shows contempt for customer relationships. Avoid unless you enjoy being accused of brand sabotage for expecting consistency.

They gave me burnt food , I can’t evens eat the food. I then got in touch with their customer service on WhatsApp and spoke to Nokuthula, she wasn’t helpful at all so rude and didn’t want to help me..

On the 27th Feb 2025, I used the ubereats app to order a Siciliana Pizza from Bin Rashieds for supper for my family. The price of the pizza was R233.00 - When the pizza had arrived it was laying all over the place and messy inside the box. My father then advised the uber driver to take it back and bring a new one. The driver told my father he would take it back and bring a new one and he would be back in 20-30mins. The driver never returned with a new pizza and did not answe any calls. My father tried contacting Bin Rashieds and they were also not answering the phone as well. I then reported it on the ubereats app and all i was told was they apologize for this and would not be able to provide me with a refund. Even though I had uploaded a picture of what the pizza looked like inside the box as per their process .. This was disgusting to say the least and really poor service. I have not had any issues really with ubereats or even Bin Rashieds. But last nights experience had me really disappointed in both ubereats and Bin Rashieds.

I ordered two pizzas from Bin Rashid Kenilworth over the weekend. The pizza arrived later than promised and the base was awful. Both pizza bases were burnt and it was too hard and chewy. Had to discard of both pizzas. Was not the first time their pizzas let us down.

Disappointed in the service made a phone order at 18:05pm waiting time was 35 mins when I arrived at Bin Rashied Retreat I had to wait another hour that's a hour and half waiting for 1 pizza Very disappointed came from Mitchells Plain to have this

Poor service with no regard for inconveniencing their customers...They've inconvenienced me on more than 1 occasion by giving me the incorrect order and have the audacity to tell me to bring the pizza back and they'll replace it, what about my petrol, time wasted and inconvenience???? I was also told not to eat the pizza and to return whatever Is left, even if it is days later! I was hungry so ended up having to cook a meal instead. They have absolutely no courtesy and get very defensive even when they are wrong. Their operating procedures are way more important than their customers
