I would like to express how disappointed and disgusted I am in the level of customer service rendered to me by your store in Rosmead Avenue. Firstly, when placing an order, i specifically asked if it was Bin Rashied Lansdowne , the one passing Wetton circle, the person who answered the call advised that it was, after driving to Bin Rashied, they had advised that it’s at the Branch in Rosmead avenue, non the less, we made our way to there. After collecting the food, when we arrived home the food pizza was burnt , I ordered R450 worth of pizzas, one being a Garlic Chita and Chilli, the chilli on the pizza was burnt and it was totally and completely disgusting! I am attaching a picture of it for reference. I called the store and the manager advised I bring it back, I live all the way in Mitchell’s plain, I asked if I could be compensated for coming all the way and he said no we’ll have to talk once I’m there, I then suggested sending a picture over WhatsApp, they advised that I have to come in! This rubbed me up the wrong way as I now had to drive all the way , to bring a burnt pizza that was burnt by your branch! It was not an error on my side. We discarded of this pizza, the manager was absolutely ridiculously rude, I told him after his tone and how he spoke that if I’d come there I’d throw this pizza at him because of how poor his customer service is!
