POOR SERVICE FROM ENERGY SUPPLEMENT SUPPLIER
Poor Service from a major Energy / Supplement supplier - Placed an order online as the items were out of stock at the Local Dischem - They even rep**** with an apology and a 20% discount - Now when the order should be delivered - I get a call to say the item is discontinued. I must now wait 3 - 14 working days for a refund. So No Product and out of pocket!!

Unlike other sleep enhancers I have tried, Sure Sleep, was able to make me fall asleep but its effects last for only about 2 hours max and then I'm back to the struggle
Unlike other sleep enhancers I have tried, Sure Sleep, was able to make me fall asleep but its effects last for only about 2 hours max and then I'm back to the struggle. I then struggle with the same problem for which I am taking the sure sleep and find that I am barely able to make it on the following day. Indeed it is Sure to put me to Sleep but not within the period I desire it to (at night). I believe it may work for some but it did not work at all for me and was costly. I therefore would not recommend this product at all.

Unlike other sleep enhancers I have tried, Sure Sleep, was able to make me fall asleep but its effects last for only about 2 hours max and then I'm back to the struggle. Online store a little cumbersome when it comes to shipping and delivering orders with Biogen
I placed an order last week 25 Mar online with Biogen, first off there was no stock avail and I was told they would process my order once avail and then secondly I get a message yesterday with the courier saying they tried to place the order and not sure where to go. Come on guys I ordered stock last month and didnt have this issue, sort out your stock levels and courier issues, right now its easier for me to just drive to Dischem and buy that way and if thats the case why have an online store in the first place?

I placed an order last week 25 Mar online with Biogen, first off there was no stock avail and I was told they would process my order once avail and then secondly I get a message yesterday with the courier saying they tried to place the order and not sure where to go. Sponsor a race in a residential area and refuse to let residents into the homes they own
The arrogance of these people They host a race in bedfordview and have metro police who have no marketings names or badges on working for them. And they block off the area I live in and refuse to let me go home. The absolute arrogance of their organisers, as if Momentum have the right to tell people they're not allowed home, in an area Momentum are visiting. I come home at 8am and am held up on my road for an arrogant woman to tell me I am not allowed home until that afternoon, then a cop who won't tell me his name and has 0 identifying marks tells me the same. How that's legal I don't know, but I am going to find out.

Calmag max biogen - severe side effects.
I have been advised by Diskem to use calmag max a biogen product. I have developed adverse effects on this product e.g. severe joint pains, muscle pain and weakness, dizziness, unable to keep my balance. Dont buy this product. The product is very expensive and contain magnesium oxide which is poorly absorbed by the body. For the prize you pay I expected magnesium glycenate. The staff of diskem recommended callmag max irrespective that I told them that I am on cardio-cor 2.5mg x1 a day.

Defected product
I purchased 2 of the insulated cups and after 2 months, one of the cups no longer keeps liquids cool and there is condensation on the outside. I purchased these at Dischem at R399 each and it's unacceptable to be defected after a few months, I don't have the slip any longer and not able to return so it is very disappointing

Feel Cheated out of a special.
On the 2nd of December I ordered 3 x 1.6kg Rage impact whey online on a special, o. The 6tb of December iI was notified thet my order can not be fullfilled. On the 7th of December I repeated my Order at a significantly higher price and within 21 minutes notified its being picked. How could my order not be processed at the special price but indeed on the higher price? Biogens service has to date been outstanding, however this last order leaves a bad taste.
