Appalling service again from a major chain - Last Sunday I placed an order at 16h30 using their ASAP platform. the time slot allocated was 17h00 - 17h30 - by 17h40 I had still not received my order. - I called the support centre at 17h45 - she said she would get back to me. By 17h55 - she called to say the driver was at the store and collecting my goods. - When you look at the APP on your phone and track the driver it says - delayed! - I called the store directly and they said they could not find my order number. But the order was placed and the money deducted from my account. Eventually the driver arrived at 18h45!!! - So the support centre **** - the store also **** as they said they had no order - but the order eventually arrived - Think I will stock to 6060. BTW - i live 3 km from the store - would have been easier to get the goods myself.
Poor Service from a major Energy / Supplement supplier - Placed an order online as the items were out of stock at the Local Dischem - They even rep**** with an apology and a 20% discount - Now when the order should be delivered - I get a call to say the item is discontinued. I must now wait 3 - 14 working days for a refund. So No Product and out of pocket!!
Daylight ******* from BRM Foods - I bought 1Kg packet of Ribs from Pick And Pay, As the weight seems incorrect, I took the trouble to weigh the actual piece of Rib. it weighed 660 grams. NOT 1 Kg which the packet clearly stated. In complained to Pick and Pay and also to BRM foods. Their response was that they work on a 70 / 30 percent ratio. Which means at R140.00 per kg - you are paying the same amount for the Basting as you are for the Actual piece of meat. Very Disappointing. The quality of the meat was also poor as it was more bone and sinew instead of proper ribs. - Won't be buying this again.
Poor Service from a Store that Promises delivery in 60 minutes - it's now been 120 minutes and goods are still not delivered.,
Really Poor Service from what is supposed to be a reputable chain. Four of us went out for Dinner - three had a cooked meal, the 4th ordered Sushi - The three cooked meals arrived - but not the Sushi - We had finished our meal and the 4th person still did not get her meal. She eventually took it as a take - away as it arrived when we asked for the bill. A Very unpleasant evening.
Pathetic Service from A National Brand - You would think that their staff would have some technical knowledge to assist. They do the bare minimum and it seems like they have a list of answers to your queries - when they cant help they suggest you get an installer - which will cost you more money for a call out. Their Walk in Center is no different. Its only because they have the monopoly on this service, so they don't care as long as they get your subscription every month.
Pathetic Service from McDonalds Middelburg Mall Branch - No Tomato Sauce Sachets, No Small paper cups for your drink. Clearly someone is not doing their Job correctly!!
Poor service and misleading Advertising from Roman's Pizza Middelburg. Their Easter promotion says any Large Pizza For R89.00 plus a 2 litre pepsi for just R10,00. But when you try to order then there are exclusions as to which Pizza you cab buy. No where in their advert does it say certain pizzas are excluded from this offer
Not Sure why stores have a Customer Care department - Is it just for show? - Two months ago I complained about rude staff at Spar Wonderpark - Middelburg - I received the customary email apologising, with the assurance that I would be contacted so that the matter can be resolved - Still waiting for a response. Last week I complained about Advertised products not available - again the obligatory email with assurances that I would be contacted within 3 - 5 working days - STILL WAITING!
Poor Showing from a large chain - they advertise Buy two get one free on several items, I bought Synsodyne Toothpaste - When I checked my slip, it charges R0.01c for the supposedly free item. I always assumed Free meant NO charge - ZERO. Even R0.01 in incorrect - Store Manager could not explain - she said that's how the system is. ?????
