Daylight ******* from BRM Foods - I bought 1Kg packet of Ribs from Pick And Pay, As the weight seems incorrect, I took the trouble to weigh the actual piece of Rib. it weighed 660 grams. NOT 1 Kg which the packet clearly stated. In complained to Pick and Pay and also to BRM foods. Their response was that they work on a 70 / 30 percent ratio. Which means at R140.00 per kg - you are paying the same amount for the Basting as you are for the Actual piece of meat. Very Disappointing. The quality of the meat was also poor as it was more bone and sinew instead of proper ribs. - Won't be buying this again.

BRM Wins "Best Service in South Africa" Award 2024!
Literally the best service I’ve ever received! Firstly, their delivery is insanely fast. Secondly, they accidentally missed an item in my order. I sent them an email, and they immediately called me. They delivered the missing item the next morning and even included a complimentary bag of biltong to apologize. How amazing is that!? - Well done BRM! 🔥

Best Ribs & Burgers and Delivery Guys!!!
I never ever have a bad experience with them, service is always on point and they always deliver the next day, no delays and the delivery guys are always friendly and efficient - they deserve some recognition too. Once I had forgotten that they were going to deliver that day, when the delivery guy called I explained to him I was not home and will not be home in the next hour, he graciously came all the way to me where I was at the shopping center and delivered my order to me there. I love their ribs, order them every month, and don't get me started on the beef burgers - to die for and huge, my son & I usually share one burger because it is just so big... and juicy, and flavoursome! Once there was an issue with the biltong, and they gladly sent me a replacement the very same day... Gotta love Amazing Service.

Expectations exceeded
Super fast delivery and great customer service. I ordered the morning and received my order around 3pm the same day. This was appreciated even more because I didn't take anything out of the freezer to make for dinner, so we had the surprise same day delivery as a back up. The ribs are amazing! My family loves it! Thank you for exceeding my expectations!
