Products too harsh
I purchased their products online, the cleanser and serum. Since I’ve been using them I had a sudden breakout it’s been 4 weeks now. At 1st I thought it would ease down but it kept getting worse, I reached out to them for advice the lady just avoided my messages. I then stopped using them and continued with my Clinique products.

Biomedical Emporium is the worst!
Adverse product reaction even though it of for sensitive skin they claim. Notified them immediately. Have trail of evidence. They tell me it is sunburn! Terrible! Ridiculous! Worst worst company and skin care Run people run! Worst

Biomedical Emporium is the worst!

Bad products and worse customer service
I really wouldn’t recommend anyone to use their products nor get a treatment from them. I first went there and got a treatment then my face broke out so bad that I had to visit a specialist to assist me and it was bad. I went back and decided to give them a second chance and the same happened. This time around I even got the most horrible customer service from someone new called Jaane. I’LL NEVER GO BACK THERE NOR DO I EVER WANT TO SEE THEIR PRODUCTS BECAUSE THEY ARE EXPENSIVE FOR NOTHING.

Terrible Treatment
I once worked for this company as a former Biomedical Emporium Employee I feel sorry for people who work for this company still. Management treat staff terribly, short tempered! Swak maatskappy struktuur Laang werksure.. werk elke weekend without compensation. (Sunday and public holidays included) No payslip given to employees (redflag) No food allowance..no breakfast..no lunch.. no dinner provided when traveling. Company symposium and client training days. No food given to staff! No job description No medical aid, No maternity leave, No UIF, No incentives.No Annual leave, No sick leave !!NO GROWTH No formal training given to employees Staff underpaid Baie swak commission struktuur Na my registrasie, skuld hulle nog vir my geld wat ek nooit gekry het nie.

Terrible reaction and very expensive blue and silver bottles. I was given the dark spot correction serum with milk cleanser and collagen serum. After 1 week of use my skin broke out very badly. I had to get treatment from dermatologist to clear my skin. I will never recommend this product to anyone.
