DON’T BUY FROM FAIR PRICE
I bought the crown majesty double bed set in June 2024. The base wasn’t good at all I then requested for a refund and they said they can only exchange. I got an exchange and I am writing this review today on the 16th of October 2024 and you know what that base is making serious sounds as though its an old base. I regret buying anything from fair price. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM FAIR PRICE. THE QUALITY IS QUESTIONABLE.

Bad products and worse customer service
I really wouldn’t recommend anyone to use their products nor get a treatment from them. I first went there and got a treatment then my face broke out so bad that I had to visit a specialist to assist me and it was bad. I went back and decided to give them a second chance and the same happened. This time around I even got the most horrible customer service from someone new called Jaane. I’LL NEVER GO BACK THERE NOR DO I EVER WANT TO SEE THEIR PRODUCTS BECAUSE THEY ARE EXPENSIVE FOR NOTHING.

Bad quality and Bad customer service
House and Home Menlyn is the pits truly. The staff is quick to make a sale and the manager would even tell their staff to call customers who their laybye is due but when it comes to customer complaints they drag their feet till eternity. Also the quality of the things they sell isn't making the cut. I bought a kettle and returned it then they gave me another one, I did that process three times and the last one finally didn't give me issues. I then bought a fridge and in 4 months it was already giving me issues that they themselves couldn't fix. The brand manufacturer(KIC) came and assessed and gave me the go ahead for a refund, they did this very quickly but House and Home dragged their feet for a month now I've been waiting for my refund when I go to the store the manager always gives me English. I will never ever in my life walk into their stores and buy something, even if they gave it for free.
