Incompetent boss

Never have i seen such an incompetent owner of the business. Shadrack does not interact with customers, he never answers his phone. I once requested a call out and he took my details and promised that he will come, I waited for his call for 2 days, when I tried calling him he did not answer for straight 6 days. He is so incompetent I don't know how that place is still standing.
