Good and bad
Good service from Patience and Shadrick, would have given 5 stars because of them. They helped me through out with outpost respect and good service, I am reserving the 2 stars because of their driver he is a tribalist snd could not hold back how he dispises foreign nationals, he is a big mouth and does not know when to stop, the old man does not even see when you not comfortable with his topic.

Good and bad
Good service from Patience and Shadrick, would have given 5 stars because of them. Incompetent boss
Never have i seen such an incompetent owner of the business. Shadrack does not interact with customers, he never answers his phone. I once requested a call out and he took my details and promised that he will come, I waited for his call for 2 days, when I tried calling him he did not answer for straight 6 days. He is so incompetent I don't know how that place is still standing.

Excellent staff
I would like to recommend this workshop for only one particular person, I went to this workshop last year to get my fiance alternator to be fixed and we were helped by one particular lady, her name is Patience. Indeed she was patient, friendly and understanding and gave us an exceptional service. We went there again to get our car serviced, once again same lady, same excellent service. I applaud this lady given the nature of the business she is in

I would like to recommend this workshop for only one particular person, I went to this workshop last year to get my fiance alternator to be fixed and we were helped by one particular lady, her name is Patience. Indeed she was patient, friendly and understanding and gave us an exceptional service. We went there again to get our car serviced, once again same lady, same excellent service. I applaud this lady given the nature of the business she is in

BIOMETRIC AUTO ELECTRIC (OFF 16TH ROAD IN MIDRAND) - EXCELLENT SERVICE, GREAT WORKMANSHIP AND VERY PROFESSIONAL
My parents recently visited the local Toyota dealership in Midrand as we referred (and escorted) to Biometric Auto Electric as my Mom (pensioners) has issues with door locking and the electric windows. She has the 3 doors Rav. Not only did Shadrack and his team provide excellent service, but they are also very fairly priced to replace and keep the client up to date on options and costs. It is such a pleasure to be referred to a reputable company and then to receive this incredible service.. We had suspective that the lock may have been tampered with but as we cannot be sure, we opted to rather pay than a claim from our insurance as this is the right thing to do.

Fantastic service
I would like to say thank you to one of the staff members at Biometric auto, I went there wanting a quote for my car as I was comparing there was a lady there by the name of Patience. I must say she was so patient with me as I could not understand all the technical term as she was explaing but she made sure that I understood and I must know what am paying for, she was so nice and friendly not to mention her gorgeous smile. Her service as genuine I absolutely loved it. I truly recommend biometric because of her phenomenal service. It is so rare to find a lady thet knows so much about card. Big ups Patience and continue giving great service I was so happy.
