Fantastic service
I would like to say thank you to one of the staff members at Biometric auto, I went there wanting a quote for my car as I was comparing there was a lady there by the name of Patience. I must say she was so patient with me as I could not understand all the technical term as she was explaing but she made sure that I understood and I must know what am paying for, she was so nice and friendly not to mention her gorgeous smile. Her service as genuine I absolutely loved it. I truly recommend biometric because of her phenomenal service. It is so rare to find a lady thet knows so much about card. Big ups Patience and continue giving great service I was so happy.

Rude and bad service
<p>I went to telkom shop at four ways crossing. To upgrade my phone. One of the consultants there approached me as I was coming in her name is Brenda Malesela. The attitude on that lady she was very rude and had a very bad attitude as if I don't know what I am talking about. She had no customer service at all. She has this attitude of undermining customers. I eventually drove to mall of Africa I got help there. Brenda is one rude lady. Never again will I set foot there because of her attitude and I will never recommend anyone to go to that shop</p> <p>Very disappointed.</p>
