To the management of home choice, don't you get tired of getting bad reviews regarding your call center agents. They are extremely rude, don't have listening skills, they don't mind telling you to shut up. Why do you let them speak to us customers like that. Is it lack of training or they are retaliating because they are underpaid because now we are speculating what might be cause of their rude attitude. You will lose lots of customers because of your agents, those ladies are beyond rude, they hang up the phone while you are still talking, they don't know how to handle queries.
The shop in Carlsaeld Midrand their food is out of this world. Love it.
Good service from Patience and Shadrick, would have given 5 stars because of them. They helped me through out with outpost respect and good service, I am reserving the 2 stars because of their driver he is a tribalist snd could not hold back how he dispises foreign nationals, he is a big mouth and does not know when to stop, the old man does not even see when you not comfortable with his topic.
