I recently returned a Snuza baby monitor to the Cape Town head office as it was faulty. The unit was couriered to them on Friday and they received it on Monday. The unit was assessed and found to be faulty as I had reported and not only was the unit replaced but it was replaced and dispatched on the same day resulting in the new monitor being delivered this morning. Fantastic <br> <br> Thank you!!!

Good day <br> <br> I purchased a snuza trio plus baby monitor just over a year ago,the unit has been working great but just around 3 weeks ago the signal has been very weak to a point where the moment I walk out the room it loses signal. Thinking that it's such a great baby monitor I expected great service from the provider..Unfortunately I was left disappointed. On contacting the head office to find out how to I go about having the unit checked by there repair centre or where could I possibly take it to see what is the problem, I am told that they have no repair or tecnical centre to accommodate me.they also don't have any after warranty assistance or provider to assist with the technical problems..There suggestion since see - in the unit is just a month out of warranty is to purchase a new unit as this as and imported unit from China and they can't assist me in having it repaired..This says lot about the unit as once it's out of warranty and has a problem it's worth nothing and might as well throw it away..until now they can't give me a simple explanation why they have no technical or repair assistance. I would not purchase another unit in the future from this company -
