SCAM. Stay away!
SCAM. Stay far away This company will just charge you but they will not deliver the products. I lost 300 USD for products I ordered and paid for but that were never delivered. They refuse to refund. Awfull customer service. I have also made a complaint to the government in Arizona because the owners of Biovea (wrgroup.com) reside there.

No response from Customer Support re customs and handling charges on goods that qualify for 'free delivery'
The goods I ordered from Biovea, which qualified for 'free delivery' are currently at my local Post Office and will not be released until a Customs charge of £4.10, plus a handling charge of £8.00 are paid. I have contacted Biovea customer support on 6 occasions now and have not received a response. I paid for the goods in good faith and find myself out of pocket to the sum of £66.75. This is unacceptable customer service - unsuspecting potential customers, please be aware!!

SCAM! Steal Money, No product, No Refund. Bunch of Lying Thieves.
Ordered some products in November 2017. Sent a follow up email in Jan after hearing nothing further, which did not help. I eventually got hold of someone in May only to be told that not only will they not refund me for the order that they never sent, they will not be dispatching the products that I paid for in November. That makes them a criminal enterprise, they take your money and never deliver. This place is a scam, don't believe anything they say about offering a refund, it is a lie. They'll flat out refuse to do it, citing terms and conditions that they don't even have the audacity to publish! Should have read the comments on here before stupidly falling for this con. You are warned, stay far, far away from this website.

" The time needed for the amount to appear in your account can vary depending on the processing speed of your Bank. No Delivery- No refund (SCAM)
I have placed an order on the 1st of November 2017 and have NOT received my supplements, two months later (order ********** 7) and yet the order status on the website shows "fully shipped". They don't reply to my emails. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Please be aware of Biovea South Africa, and please do not make the mistake of ordering form that website. It is a complete scam. I ordered products which were expensive, and waited and waited. When I asked about the products, they made every excuse under the sun as to why it has not arrived, or no longer in stock, or stuck in transit. All the while, the whole site is fake. When I asked for a refund, they did not respond or help. I sent many emails asking for my money back and nothing. Please don't make my mistake, I really wish I knew a way to shut that site down, as I feel sorry for customers who have fallen victim to this complete and unprofessional scam

Please be aware of Biovea South Africa, and please do not make the mistake of ordering form that website. It is a complete scam. I ordered products which were expensive, and waited and waited. When I asked about the products, they made every excuse under the sun as to why it has not arrived, or no longer in stock, or stuck in transit. All the while, the whole site is fake. When I asked for a refund, they did not respond or help. I sent many emails asking for my money back and nothing. Please don't make my mistake, I really wish I knew a way to shut that site down, as I feel sorry for customers who have fallen victim to this complete and unprofessional scam

They provide a wide selection of nutritional products but although these appear on their list, many have to be ordered from abroad. Don't think that they deliver them directly from the firm. Having paid a large amount for an order which stated "no postal costs" I was presented with a bill for R46 at the post office. The firm refuses to refund this and offers it as a credit. I indicated that I have no desire to do business with them again so a credit is of no consequence. You have been warned, avoid Biovea else you will regret it. </p> <p>Vincent Harrison</p>
