Our booking for December
We had a query of our booking price and Leah originally assisted me in sorting it out. But after a lot of back and forth with my husband on the quote i dealt with Angelique and Eugene. Much to my disappointment they never listened to what i was requesting and kept giving the same invoice and not very helpful. They said they will do the changes on our booking but when the invoice came it was the same one we were disputing.<br> <br> I finally spoke to Leah who jumped on it immediately, did the phone calls and sorted the booking out. She also amended the invoice to what we wanted and we recieved it within the hour.<br> <br> If it was not for Leah i would not have rebooked at Bishops Inn next year, <br> <br> Thank you Leah for taking the time to listen to a lady that was playing devil's advicate and assisted me every step of the way and sorted everything out. Im looking forward to meeting you on the 18th
