I ordered a watch from Bid or Buy. Janine the supplier was in contact with me immediately. I explained that the gift was for my husbands 40th. Janine not only sent the watch but took the time to put the watch in a beautiful box. We were in contact the whole time. I received the watch and we are happy. However the watch started loosing time. I asked if she put new batteries in. Janine even offered to refund me for the battery so i could go replace. It was not the battery but the little dial on the side not connecting. I emailed Janine again and asked if i could send back. She said i could keep the watch and she would send me another watch worth a bit more and that i just needed to pay for the shipping. I must say never have i had a supplier go over and above but give a complete replacement without me returning the faulty product. <br> <br> Thank you Janine and i will be referring you and will be buying from you again.
We had a query of our booking price and Leah originally assisted me in sorting it out. But after a lot of back and forth with my husband on the quote i dealt with Angelique and Eugene. Much to my disappointment they never listened to what i was requesting and kept giving the same invoice and not very helpful. They said they will do the changes on our booking but when the invoice came it was the same one we were disputing.<br> <br> I finally spoke to Leah who jumped on it immediately, did the phone calls and sorted the booking out. She also amended the invoice to what we wanted and we recieved it within the hour.<br> <br> If it was not for Leah i would not have rebooked at Bishops Inn next year, <br> <br> Thank you Leah for taking the time to listen to a lady that was playing devil's advicate and assisted me every step of the way and sorted everything out. We bought Durcell batteries and these leaked into our phones and bases damaging them beyond repair. I phoned and they said they will collect the phones for testing. They collected 1 April 2015. It is one month later and they said that they have to pay us out for the phones as the batteries did indeed damage them. I was told to get 2 quotes, i did that same day. When i phoned to find out what is going on they said i had to get the same make of phone quotes. I explained to them that AEG phones were no longer available in South Africa. They said if i can not get the quote they will not be able to pay me out. This is rediculous i can not control the stock of phones. It is their duty to replace the phones for the same value regardless of the brand. I find this very unacceptable this is been going on since March and to date we are no where closer to sorting out. WE are a business and 3 of us have to share 1 telkom phone plugged into the wall.
