Services not working Zero Feedback on services not working. Zero accountability Incorrect billing No one answers the accounts phones Mail does not get answered, have to phone for feedback and sit on hold.

This all happened when Link Africa bought them. I used to have no issues, but now.... I cant imagine honestly how ANY business would still be with them. A SLA means ABSOLUTELY nothing. I had instances where a business fibre link has been of for 2 weeks, and believe me everyone is escalating. That also means nothing, its just another email probably going to noreply@bitco.co.za. I had the privilege to wait more than an hour to go into my OWN space in their data center, and thats to top off the email that they acknowledge 5 hours before. I really dont know how it can take more that a week JUST to get a IP address allocated too. You guys are KILLING our business, and to me it looks like you feel absolutely no remorse for doing that. I came to you guys because you were the best, but believe me when this contracts are done - you will not be seeing any of my business again!

Probably the worst ISP for any business connectivity service (rather lack thereof). Their own support ticket system does not even work. Promises made to escalate support and then closes unresolved support requests. Constantly offline due to generators running dry. I can not believe that Bitco hasn't stepped up their game and it's only the first week of 2026.

I dont know what happened to BitCo ISP. It is like they went from a A-List ISP to a D-list ISP. They are falling out of the bus. Services are poor and the help desk or support line is much worse.

Bitco are simply terrible, their support is non-existent. You can never get answers from them and when they eventually do answer by some miracle, the issue will not be resolved. Bitco is a huge operational risk to a business.
