This all happened when Link Africa bought them. I used to have no issues, but now.... I cant imagine honestly how ANY business would still be with them. A SLA means ABSOLUTELY nothing. I had instances where a business fibre link has been of for 2 weeks, and believe me everyone is escalating. That also means nothing, its just another email probably going to noreply@bitco.co.za. I had the privilege to wait more than an hour to go into my OWN space in their data center, and thats to top off the email that they acknowledge 5 hours before. I really dont know how it can take more that a week JUST to get a IP address allocated too. You guys are KILLING our business, and to me it looks like you feel absolutely no remorse for doing that. I came to you guys because you were the best, but believe me when this contracts are done - you will not be seeing any of my business again!
I am not able to get emails now for 4 days. Sites don’t open. I had to complain 2 days that I can’t open any vpn connections and they said I should take a fixed ip. That I did, and I told them, so I must pay R39 extra now to get my stuff working. The lady on the chat said I don’t have to pay, yet I received an invoice for it. So today I am looking to move over all my account to another provider, and not even the providers site open. So now I can’t move over to another provider because axxess decided that I can’t open other websites. Ohh yes, did I mention that EVERYTHING works fine when I switch over to my mobile data? NO man, fix your stuff !!!
we pay for business fibre, and its been 3 days now and we are still not up. i understand you are running your services on dfa, but i have an 8hour sla with you, not dfa. it took you 2 days just to find out where the issue is. and then escalation doesnt mean ANYTHING to me, someone has to drive his bakkie there to splice the fibre. thats what its all about, not just escalating. im so sick and tired of escalation...... FIX IT
i had a vodacom number linked to my whatsapp business account, and since tuesday we are not able to receive any whatssapps anymore. we used it for whatsapp ONLY, and now we cant receive any messages. the vodacom centre said that the number has been recycled, and allocated to another person for 2 months now. so what i dont understand is "WHY ON EARTH DO WE NEED TO RICA" if the number can just be given to someone else. more to that is that we have branded cars driving around now and we cant receive any messages. and to top it all, i have no banking now also, because no-one said anything that we must SPEND money on a pay-as-you-go sim card. is this really how it works now? if you dont spend money on the vodacom network for 6 months you just give the number to the next victim?
we have been off for 4 days now, and there is still no time given when this issue will be resolved. we have a business fibre installation, and believe me the invoices are not a day late when it comes to payment. our other business fibre also was off for about 15days out of a month. we have lost 60% of our clients in that township. stay AWAY from frogfoot. they will end up costing you your business.
We had a claim because our solar geyser burst. We had an Apollo geyser before, with a sensor to monitor the temperature of the water during winter because it does not produce that much hot water during the winter months. Santam called me and asked if they can swop it with a Kwikot geyser also solar, and I was assured that we would be in the same position after the install than before. I still mentioned that we had a sensor, and that we need that for colder days. After installation, the contractor placed the old sensor just pasted on the hot water copper pipe and told me its working fine. We get readings of 80degrees now in the middle of the night. When we called Santam to send someone to come fix the issue we were told that this case is closed, and very rudely told us that we have to pay for the sensor from Kwikot. But how are we in the same position when we can't measure the water temperature? If I knew Kwikot does not have a sensor, i would NEVER have told Satnam to put a Kwikot geyser when I had that available with an Apollo geyser.
Its been 2 almost months now, and i am still awaiting stock for orders that was made on Black Friday. Please this is now long enough. Seriously it cant take this long to get stock
i ordered a phone on black friday, and was told that the stock will only arrive last week of december. upto now still nothng
Its been 3 weeks now, and I am still awaiting for Cell C to deliver the iPhone advertised on Black Friday. First i was told to go to the store to get the phone as they don't have stock online, and that it is very busy online. Now every time i call the mall @ reds store and ask for availability, I get a still awaiting the stock reply. How long can it take, because i see that you are still offering the devices online on pay-as-you-go for outright purchase. This is really unacceptable. I mean if you don't have stock, then don't advertise
hi there i went to the PO in pretoria CBD, and after 40minutes in the queue i was STILL 6th in the queue. i have seen 10 people been helped, and probably 12 licenses been issued, but every person pushed in front of the queue, and even the guy behind the counter helped other people before attending to the queue.<br> <br> USELESS. no wonder PO is closing offices, its because theres no service to people abiding to the rules
