I have been raving to my friend about the quality of the network and good prices of Frogfoot but I am removing my stars to 1 because of the lack of response to the company. In the past 2 weeks my family had a cable problem where it was disturbed and they contacted Frogfoot to come and fix the cable they have been giving them run arounds and empty promises daily that they are coming to fix the cable.

Absolute ********** experience with frogfoot. They have taken almost 3 weeks to install our fibre. All the while we have to sit with no internet which has quite a negative impact as we work from home. After countless calls and emails we have had no feedback or assistance. Their service delivery and communication has been disgustingly terrible.

If there was a minus star rating i would give that. We upgraded our package about 2 weeks ago, i paid the pro rata amount as well. and since then our service provider Cool Ideas has been trying to assist me with getting the speed up to what we upgraded for. With still no luck. We have been without internet since Sunday afternoon. Frogfoot suggested we change our Ethernet cable, which we did and still no internet. They just do not respond to your emails, the do not pick up when you call the number on their website, nothing. My kids can not do schoolwork at home nor do any printing because there is no internet. I have to drive around at night to other people to print schoolwork for my kids. They phone you but let the phone ring for like 10secs but do not try again until you pick up under the circumstances of the urgent matter. This is UNACCEPTABLE, TE POOREST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED

Good day I would like to write about my experience with frogfoot this has Ben the second time that our internet is been off for more the 4 days. I service provider Cool ideas has been instructed by frogfoot to give us feedback regarding we must change our cables then change this then change that when the actual frogfoot line is the problem. We had the same experience a few months ago where they blamed everybody but themselves and had to eventually change there faulty box. I just want customers out there to know that frog foot doesn't give a flying F about consumers we had no response from at all even in our first experience they just change the vox without admitting it is there fault. I am ingthe process of requesting our complex to remove frogfoot as we had only absolutely ****ty service from them. Day 4 and counting for feedback. They are useless where ever frogfoot is avoid them completely.

Yet another night with no wifi, and theres warning or anything sent by this **** poor company its like we are governed to stay with this piece if **** due thier rights in complex that's the reason they dont give a ****, but take or hard earned money. We have been waiting three weeks for them to move their cable point. We cannot talk to anyone senior to escalate the problem. Our call reference number is 3456581. All we receive is that the call has been escalated to the relevant department.
