I have been offline from 05 May 2026 , called everyday , emailed , and everyday i get no call backs from them , they have logged tickets , made appointments to come and fix the issue and no one pitched up , no excuses , it has been 21 days in total now an
I have been offline from 05 May 2026 , called everyday , emailed , and everyday i get no call backs from them , they have logged tickets , made appointments to come and fix the issue and no one pitched up , no excuses , it has been 21 days in total now and everyday when i call , the operators just tell me they are sorry for the experience and promise they will call me back but no one calls back and its costing me more money to buy data for the kids to do tasks. This is by far the worst company to do bussines with , just a pity that i cant go lower than a one star , they deserve absolutely no stars at all . BAD , BAD , BAD SERVICE OVERALL1 reply
