I recently had a bad experience with my ISP and Frogfoot. This led to a 1-star rating. Subsequently to my post on HelloPeter, I was contacted directly by the Team at frogfoot that resolved the matter in less that 48H. The unfortunate holdup was with the ISP's lack of communication with Froggfoot, and the problem could have been resolved much quicker if they picked up a phone and called Frogfoot.
