Very profesional, have unique products to customize and inhouse clothing factory allows me to order blank tees as i need and you support local manfacturing, also offer good variety of consumables and media always something to sell thrue the year

I had a disappointing experience with this business, which is unfortunate because I had genuinely hoped to build a long-term working relationship. Communication was poor from the start, leading to confusion, unnecessary drama, and a general lack of professionalism. Deadlines were missed, and when issues came up, I wasn’t kept in the loop, I was left completely unaware of delays and how they would affect my order. I’m not someone who’s hard to impress. I approach things with patience and understanding so the fact that this experience left me genuinely annoyed says a lot. I don’t go around bashing businesses, but the truth is what it is. As someone who is slowly building my own party and customised outfit business, I had hoped to support a local vendor right up the road. Sadly, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I’ll now be choosing other businesses further out, even if it means spending more on delivery or travel, simply because clear communication and professionalism matter. Honestly, I’m shocked they’re still in business if this is how clients are treated. I truly hope they take this as constructive criticism and make changes for the sake of their future clients.

If there is anyone considering purchasing a start up system through Biz in Box Brackenfell please reconsider. The after service through them has been nothing but terrible. They sold us an outdated system, which we are now having trouble finding replacement parts for. We purchased the system 4 months ago already the machine is not working. It's been 4 weeks, they have not kept me up to date on what is wrong with the machine. I'm out of business for 4x weeks only after 3 weeks and a serious amount of calls and whatsapps do they offer a loan machine. They ignore my messages and all my attempts to talk to someone in management are on hold as management isn't available and will contact me back which never happens. For the first time today after needing to threaten the reception lady with Carte Blanche we speak to the owner. He is a rude , arrogant and disrespectful man. He tells us he doesn't have a crystal ball to know when the unit will be repaired or what is wrong with it. I said it's fine considering it is still under warranty and under 6 months from purchasing, I'd like a refund. He said I'm welcome to take him to the consumer protection and deal with his lawyer. SHOCKING!!!!! Their training was not useful at all. The after service is appalling.. Once the equipment is sold noone cares about you anymore I will not recommend them, at all. Cricut has been amazing with their aftersales service, I have experienced that first hand with friends that have purchased from them. I hope this gets to the right people and spares a lot more families from going through this ordeal. They have no concern for the people who are trying to start up a business.

I started using Bizinbox to see if they could be a replacement for our current printing service. The first few prints, including samples for a client, were fine, but then when we proceeded with a large the prints came back completely wrong. I contacted Mandy, who refused to take responsibility for the error despite admitting the previous week when another order came back with inconsistent colours that her printers were acting up and needed servicing. They never offered to do a rerun of the print, and I was forced to do a rerun (at my previous reliable printer) so essentially paying double for printing costs. We completely understand that printing can be inconsistent, but when you deliver some prints norma, some were blue, some purple, and then blame the design or file, then there is an issue. General experience wasnt great either with delays in printing, hard to get feedback on orders or deliveries. They arent doing anything unique, other companies offer a better service for cheaper.

Terrible after-sales and don't honor warranties. We purchased a DTF printer. nonstop issues with it, they would not deal with me, forced me to deal with the manufacturer in China! Heads failed within 2 months, had to get new heads, no warranty coverage. Then the board pops, they would not honor the warranty, their reply was "caused by load shedding", the kicker is that we run 100% on a battery inverter setup that powers the property. 0% downtime.

They're very quick to take your money, but after sales support is horrendous. I have spent around R25k with them. Recent box of 36 mugs purchased had 5 in terrible condition. They're supposed to be AAA mugs, but these were rough with marks on them and dimples. It wouldn't be a problem if they responded to me and offered to swap them out. Literally 30 days later, and they have only replied once pretending my complaint went into spam. On a WhatsApp business account after I've already spent R25k with them? The mugs are priced more than the competitors, which would be fine if they were actually AAA grade as advertised. But these have brown spots, what appears to be burn marks, and they're rough in different areas. Highly recommend you spend an extra few minutes on google and find another company.
