Horrible online service! Placed an order online, still have not received any email confirmation of my order. Order online just says processing. ALL email addresses provided bounce back. Online instant chat - DO NOT GET A RESPONSE. When you call, it either just rings and rigs, or when someone does answer, you get promises of 4-7 days delivery. Cannot follow up on your order, cannot get a hold of anyone. Horrible for an online store, especially for a first time customer. Really hope this is not ANOTHER **** company. Was planning on purchasing frequently, and largely from them, but they lost my business. Let's hope I even get this order. If they are not too busy with their golf days; which is the only thing you can see of them when you research them. Stay away.

I purchased an item on the 247/09 from Bizzmed. This was not delivered, I paid for express shipping. I canceled the order and asked for a refund. They agreed on the 07/10. To date, I have not been refunded, despite numerous emails and I have sent them my banking details.

I placed an order and everything seemed legit. However, when I started to query the arrival of the order, the email address in the website comes back as undelivered, and multiple calls to their tel. no remains unanswered. Seems to be a hoax "company".

I purchased a rental bed for my sister who has cancer and has just had major surgery. She is based in JHB. I made the purchase on Friday, 11 Aug 2023, the bed was delivered the following Thursday (shipped all the way from Cape Town) and fully assembled today, Friday, 18th. Throughout the purchasing and delivery process, Lesley-Ann has kept me up to date and in the loop via email. I never had to ask. Roger and Debbie who supported with the assembly in JHB was very empathetic and supportive of my sister's situation, continued to sanitise and clean throughout the assembly process. They even wanted to make the bed up for her. This is such phenomenal service and Roger and Debbie demonstrated such great care and understanding towards my sister who is not physically able to do this for herself. You have all gone above and beyond here and I am so proud to associate myself with such a fantastic, ethical and professional business. Thank you so much Hillyne, Lesley-Ann, Roger and Debbie for the phenomenal AND speedy service. My sister can now commence her cancer recovery with comfort, good rest and peace. We appreciate you, BizzMed team!

CAUTION do NOT order from the company. They are utterly ************* and no customer service to speak of. Still waiting on a refund for a product ordered in January already. Rude(y) just never gets back to you and remains unreachable and Mariom/n can't pull her wait to make things happen. Order if you want to part with your money.
