Elite Mobile called me on behalf of Vodacom, I said I was not interested in paying for anything extra, especially because I cannot afford it. This lady insisted that nothing will be extra and that they are actually going to lower my payment about per month. I even said that it was too good to be true and she proceeded to convince me that they wanted to continue to keep me as a valued customer and that was the reason for the lowered rates. This happened on the 30th Oct and she said that she would forward the quote to me, I only received the quote the 2nd Nov when it was already implemented. My Vodacom bill has now doubled to something I did not agree to, I was mis leaded by a dishonest sale reps. I called to make my contracts the way it was before, but I was billed for the full amount for Nov. I cannot be liable for agents that lie, I did not agree to those terms and I cannot afford it! I am already struggling financially!

I'm so ****** disappointed in Vodacom, my blood is boiling with anger. I have 2 contracts with them, 1 is my number the other ones sim i use in a router. Both get airtime each month. Last week i discovered on my vodacom application that all my airtime disappeared after I used my router (I bought data with some of the airtime). So when i called now to ask what was going on they said it was out of bundle rate but for all the time i had this no. I never had this problem (plus there are some subscriptions on the number) how the f can I subscribe to something if i don't use the cell number in a phone???) they are refusing to refund my airtime after I suspect them of changing my out of bundle limit.
Bad after sales service! My husband bought a brand new machine and it came with a ''warranty". he took the machine in as it was broken, but always had to call for an update our machine is there for more than 2 months now. They eventually called to say the machine cant be fixed and no reasoning to what was wrong, they expect us to pay a fee before we can get our machine back!
So disappointed with the WhatsApp bundle, my bundle expires at midnight and its not working, I am receiving no messages and I can send nothing. This will expire before I get to use it. This is definitely not the 1st time it has happened to me, sometimes I would 1st need to go onto WhatsApp before I get messages (then everything comes in at 1 time). I buy a WhatsApp bundle so that I can receive messages as soon as someone sends me messages.
<p>after my bank declined the settlement letter I received from the Russells branch in Atlantis (my details was written with a pen),</p> <p>I went back to ask for a print out letter, nobody could help me not even the branch manager, all he said was that I had to get hold of the financial department (he didn't give me a number, email or nothing) he didn't even offer to contact head office and sort out this problem for me, but I was good enough the day i purchased the product.</p> <p>I emailed customer care no reply yet, I phoned and they gave me a other number, which I also contacted and then got cut off. I feel I'm wasting my time on something so stupid.</p> <p> </p> <p>I needed this letter as in yesterday, my bank is waiting and I don't understand what the problem could be.</p> <p> </p>
