Bad service, no communication and ripping customers off
In March last year my bakkie wouldn't start so it was taken to BJ auto clinic to be checked out, we requested a quote as well as to keep the cost of repairs as low as possible as I don't earn a great salary. After a couple of weeks of enquiries as to the progress they notified my verbally that the computer box was faulty and had to be replaced at a cost of R6000, I then approached my employer who agreed to help me pay for the repair so I gave them the go ahead, several weeks later with no response as to their progress they informed me that there was a problem with the cylinder head and that it had to go for repairs too needless to say I gave them the go ahead as I needed my bakkie. After 2 and a half months they finally informed me that it was ready so I went to fetch it and instead of receiving they keys I was given an invoice for R17640.51 and promptly told the invoice must be paid in full before I can get my bakkie back. I have made several offers to pay the amount off which they rejected, I sought some legal advice and was informed to open a case at the police station but to no avail. I know he is currently using my bakkie for is business getting spares and removing rubbish, he has also threatened to strip my bakkie to cover costs as well as demanding for the vehicles papers so that he can sell it

NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL
<p>I WAS REFFERED TO BJ AUTO CLINIC IN BOKSBURG THROUGH SA WARRANTYS.....I TOOK MY CAR THERE BECAUSE OF NOICE IN MOTOR AND ENGINE LIGHT ON...AFTER 3DAYS NO FEEDBACK YET I PHONED THEM AND THEY SAID MY WARRANTY WILL ONLY PAY R3000 AND I WILL HAVE TO PAY R4400 ...I WAITED FOR THEM TO CALL ME TO NOTIFY ME IF MY CAR IS READY YET...THEY PHONED AND SAID MY CAR WILL BE READY AT 16H50 PM... I WENT THERE BY HALF PAST 4 AND THEY SAID MY CAR IS NOT READY YET...I WAITED THERE UNTILL 7PM AT NIGHT FOR MY CAR....I GOT MY CAR BACK AND TOLD THE GUY THAT MY MOTOR STILL MAKING THE SAME NOICE HE TOLD ME TO COME BACK AFTER 1500 KILOMETERS THEN WARRANTY WILL COVER AGAIN...I TOLD THEM IM NOT HAPPY I TOOK MY CAR HOME JUST TO FIND OUT MY CAR LEAKING WATER AND FAN & A/C NOT WORKING WITH THE NOICE IN MY MOTOR AND ENGINE LIGHT CAME BACK ON....I TOOK MY CAR BACK WAITED A WEEK FOR FEEDBACK....I PHONED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY KEEP ON SAYING THEY WILL CALL ME BACK BUT NEVER DO.....AFTER ANOTHER WEEK THEY SAID MY CAR IS READY I WENT THERE AND THEY SAID BEFORE I TAKE MY CAR I HAVE TO PAY R3700 AGAIN WITHOUT ANY QUATATION GIVEN FOR APPROVAL......I STARTED MY CAR AND THERE IS STILL A NOICE IN MOTOR I CALLED THE OWNER AND HE JUST SAID THAT SOUND WAS NOT THERE BUT I TOOK IT THERE WITH THAT SAME NOICE.....I TOOK MY CAR BACK HOME AND NOW AFTER 11000 MY CAR STILL NOT FIXED...AND WE JUST HAVE TO BE SATISFIED THE WAY PEOPLE DEALING WITH US......THERE IS A LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND VERY RUDE PEOPLE.........</p>

<p>I WAS REFFERED TO BJ AUTO CLINIC IN BOKSBURG THROUGH SA WARRANTYS.....I TOOK MY CAR THERE BECAUSE OF NOICE IN MOTOR AND ENGINE LIGHT ON...AFTER 3DAYS NO FEEDBACK YET I PHONED THEM AND THEY SAID MY WARRANTY WILL ONLY PAY R3000 AND I WILL HAVE TO PAY R4400 ...I WAITED FOR THEM TO CALL ME TO NOTIFY ME IF MY CAR IS READY YET...THEY PHONED AND SAID MY CAR WILL BE READY AT 16H50 PM... I WENT THERE BY HALF PAST 4 AND THEY SAID MY CAR IS NOT READY YET...I WAITED THERE UNTILL 7PM AT NIGHT FOR MY CAR....I GOT MY CAR BACK AND TOLD THE GUY THAT MY MOTOR STILL MAKING THE SAME NOICE HE TOLD ME TO COME BACK AFTER 1500 KILOMETERS THEN WARRANTY WILL COVER AGAIN...I TOLD THEM IM NOT HAPPY I TOOK MY CAR HOME JUST TO FIND OUT MY CAR LEAKING WATER AND FAN & A/C NOT WORKING WITH THE NOICE IN MY MOTOR AND ENGINE LIGHT CAME BACK ON....I TOOK MY CAR BACK WAITED A WEEK FOR FEEDBACK....I PHONED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY KEEP ON SAYING THEY WILL CALL ME BACK BUT NEVER DO.....AFTER ANOTHER WEEK THEY SAID MY CAR IS READY I WENT THERE AND THEY SAID BEFORE I TAKE MY CAR I HAVE TO PAY R3700 AGAIN WITHOUT ANY QUATATION GIVEN FOR APPROVAL......I STARTED MY CAR AND THERE IS STILL A NOICE IN MOTOR I CALLED THE OWNER AND HE JUST SAID THAT SOUND WAS NOT THERE BUT I TOOK IT THERE WITH THAT SAME NOICE.....I TOOK MY CAR BACK HOME AND NOW AFTER 11000 MY CAR STILL NOT FIXED...AND WE JUST HAVE TO BE SATISFIED THE WAY PEOPLE DEALING WITH US......THERE IS A LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND VERY RUDE PEOPLE.........</p>

Very Rude, disrespectful people working for BJ AUTO CLINIC IN BOKSBURG
<p>Not one person who i have spoken to there has manners, very rude, a technician working there who does not respect a woman and swears at her for trying to get past him at the company BJ AUTO CLINIC Bardene, this was not the first time he has no manners, there is so many reviews of bj auto clinic of messing up peoples vehicles and i have a friend that had to take her car somewhere else as they messed up her car costing her almost R30 000 later and they still have no respect to deal with her the right way, and now i have not even taken my car there as i heard what they done to her car and i experienced all the rudeness non mannered people myself for the second time.</p> <p> </p>
