I have had exceptional service from Matrix technical for all the many years I have been subscribed with multiple vehicles. When cars were ******, they were recovered, no fuss. When monthly testing was required, no fuss. We bragged to all and sundry of the service we received and encouraged others to move. It is beyond me that this is the level customers are dragged to when trying to do the right thing by cancelling the service. 1. No number of emails elicit a Matrix response, 2. Receiving the mandatory reference number via return email, as part of your website advised process, is non-existent, 3. Calls to your debtors and cancellations dept. (if you can get through) conversations are as clear as mud, 4. Not being advised by the cancellations dept. being required to give a month’s notice, is a serious flaw and breakdown in trust, 5. Penalizing a loyal client for having exceeded their 3-year contracts (multiple vehicles) with a month’s notice period, is beyond reasonable. If I was still in a contract, I could understand the penalty! 6. Being prematurely listed on ITC is reputational damage for Matrix considering no Matrix human communication (other than a system generated invoice) had been initiated at that point! This is a poor indictment of service delivery today! I am disillusioned and will never consider using or referring anyone to Matrix again.

So Rain continues to prove there incompetence! Try and update bank card details and rain accuses the bank of been an issue because the details are not been updated. ( No issues to update on Afrihost or any one else) only issue with Rain But its the banks fault . Try on the pc and guess what my credentials are invalid. Password gets rejected. Check password on app, using correct password. Try login on the app, oops something went wrong. CORRECT SOMETHING DID GO WRONG, THE PROBLEM IS RAIN. Sort this out now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Purchased an advertised fiber package that had confirmed area serviceability with Openserve. After payment was made we were advised service is not available in our area - 15 August 2023. Promised a refund within 10 business days. To date (20 September 2023) no contact from WebAfrica, no refund to date!!
Sadly I upgraded to Rain One. What a waste of time and effort. Remove the Sim cards and cancel them. It doesn't work. No help or response from Rain. They are ignoring emails support tickets, and all requests for help TYPICAL
Rain swopped out the Oppo router for a Huawei 5G CPE N5368X router. Router was dirty, looked like it had just been removed from another site! All worked well until Rain came with their speed boost for 3 months at no extra charge. Been waiting for 5 min for the Rain app to acquire nearby sites. OOKLA speed twst takes 30 seconds before it can run the test. As of the 25/11/22 21H53, Upload 0.79Mbps, Download 0.18Mbps ranging to this morning Upload 28.6Mbps Download 0.68bps. Managed to do a Rain support test last night and submitted the ticket, still no response from Rain. Once again attempting to do a network test via the Rain app, using support...........still fetching nearby sites. What am I paying you for, supposed speed upgrade has caused little to no internet. Sort this **** out now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Once again Rain proves their incompetence, pathetically inadequate their system is. After all their promises that the 5G would solve all the issues, they push up the price and their network goes for a loop. WOW!!! 30MB download, 32MB upload. Fantastic speed, yet downloading anything is impossible. 28kb file takes 3 min Try stream a 480p video of 225.28Mb and 10 min later still waiting for it to start. The principles of Batho Pele service delivery are completely foreign to the staff. Hours go by and no progress is made. The attitude of staff leaves patients dispondent and eventually argumentative. A combatitive stance due to failing support services from file retrievals, appointments, doctor consultations, and medicine collections, leave a hospital with potential crippled. Systems that occasionally work, are overthrown for more disfunctional processes. Unfortunately many people are dependent on the health service provided and have to face the nightmare service again in the future. If this is the best SA Health Services can do, they are in trouble.
