worst xmas lunch ever!

<p>no christmas vibe,  waited 50 minutes for drinks to start, no management for first 1 1.2 hours, when she did appear - serious attitude and still said I am welcome to lodge any complaint I like, no music, no apology, some food raw ie potatoe salad, gammon tough like a donkey... not enough staff, food was dismal, stood in a queue like sheep to get to the food to find no food, dessert nothing like the menu - except if you like tin fruit in trifle and packet choc mousse.  not enough waiters.... need I say more except fire the manager - Bernia???  who actually spoilt my xmas afternoon completely!!! This is the worst Xmas Lunch I have ever been to</p>
