Being unemployed and trying to canvass for a job is hard - you have to have a car to get to interviews and public transport in SA for - this is non existent - my thanks extended to Nathan @ Lombard Tyres Key West - I gave him a hard time and he really was helpful and accommodating. I have 4 new tyres as they were needed and waiting for a black friday special is tooooo long. Thank you for your customer service I am so grateful. NOW to get a job and drink @ Hennies!
Pick N Pay Northgate store had no stock of pampers nappies on special for almost 10 days end Aug/Sept even after they said they did have and I drove 50km so I got a rain check - silly me never checked the date its written 090123 - and now a no name badge manager called Emma thinks it a January 2023 rain check - they cant check the rain check book or sequence as I suggested as it is not in the pile of mess at the customer service desk. After wasting 30 minutes of my time she advised me to come back today and chat to the GM - no I dont think so you wasting my petrol and time pushing my blood pressure up making me out to be a ***** up due to your incompetence and the actual original problem of you not having the stock and in addition how about someone answering the phone 2 hours yesterday from 10-12am 011 801 7000 was not answered?? let me guess you going to blame loadshedding - can someone who does not have attitude and knows it customers that keep you in business please contact me
this is the 5th platform I am posting in an attempt to get some response - I have tried a store manager the call centre, FB page, twitter and messenger. How are you advertising huggies nappies @ R1.71 size 2 66 in a pkt - R190 buy 2 get 3rd free also does not add up - misleading the public with false advertising and not even bothering to phone me back - you are so wrong and a week later no response to anything - I am beyond shocked - keep ripping off the public with your birthday specials - so over your lack lustre customer service
how do we in SA get hold of ANYONE at booking.com - i have a dispute with a hotel - partner dispute form on the website does not work - there is no contact details what so ever - anyone got any advice since yet again another company that does not respond to this platform either - have tried FB as well to no avail
Please can you explain this new SARS ruling that are affecting only your members with their monthly pension funds? My mom in law and various others whom are with Sentinel have all been affected in that their monthly pensions have been reduced and they were notified via sms on monday - no other notification no help and some of your staff have no idea and some are aware yet we get told we must take it up with SARS - so an 85 year old pensioner must run and go argue with SARS who arent even giving appointments they want everything on line ? is this not your responsibility to help those that have worked and saved their whole lives? You manage the funding and really should have communicated better and we are still no the wiser as your phone lines are so bad we get cut off?? How sad and why is this not in the media - how desperate are SARS - this is disgusting?
So I wrote a review on your illegal price increase you are putting through without me having to agreed to it or you providing proof where I said yes or signed copy you then reply telling me a consultant will contact me - I am still waiting? Seriously you obviously do not have what I asked for and you just copy and paste the same answers everywhere - I will never do a contract with your company again so much for a loyal customer of nearly 25 years - we dont count for anything!!!
So the bullies start their nonsense again with a price increase on the 1st april despite me asking where I signed these terms and conditions or agreed to it on a voice recording I now remember why I did not have a contract for 5 years I should have stayed as I was - I did not get a voucher or new phone when I upgraded a year ago and categorically remember repeating is this a fixed price for the next 2 years since I got told the call was recorded 10x - how about going to listen to that call - your FB team keep referring me every day for the last week to the so called terms and conditions stating please read clause 8 which no one can provide to me as they clearly dont have them and no I am not the general public give me proof where I said yes its ok to increase after a year - I did not and you know this - how about you take the charge of the sms service that I am paying for that I dont use ? Oh wait that must be for the " please call me" legal fund that you dont want to pay....... Stop ripping us off and get someone to give me the terms and conditi0ns where I agreed to? who do you think you are ? I am not going down without a fight you have a cheek and remind me why I dont do contracts with you!!!
So I have tried to be nice emailed every address I had - tried the call centre 4 x and the live chat option - the gift wizard does not work and has not worked for almost a month - I am trying to order a birthday gift for my elderly mum in Durban - the netflorist platforms are painful and everything I have tried to order is out of stock and then I get told by an operator the hub in Durban does have stock they have just not captured the invoices?? this must be a joke so a carrot cake is sittting in stock but you cant order - please do me a favour if you cant supply or just tell the truth and you cause more frustration stop sending out the" we want business emailers" every day because you dont even have the stock - So angry!!! maybe for apology or forgiveness day on 1st August you do something as a company and say sorry!!!
you have the rudest employee that wont give us her name puts the phone down in our ear but yet phoned my helper 3x a day to entice her into a another policy since the child is 19 years old - hallo he has till 21 years to stay on her policy and who do you think you are - I have tried to resolve this as I PAY for the policy but you all want to brush this under the carpet and go back and forwards on FB messenger this is not on!!!
Whilst this platform is usually for complaints I would like to highly recommend this company since they came recommended to me. They were excellent and credit should be given where credit is due - my mom in law lives in a retirement village and I have noted the aged and elderly are being exploited today in terms of services rendered and pricing its so sad - so her centurion garage motor has been given endless hassles and so called receiver board has blown 3 times well guess what this is not the problem and for the first time someone honest comes along with his team - Steve and crew and fix the problem within 30 minutes and all sorted and no blown receiver or pc board or battery or power supply problem - its a thank you ESKOM load shedding is affecting everything including garage motors problem - perhaps they should pay the bills for this **** in future - my thanks to THE DINKYS - I hope your business will continue to grow and flourish in the future for your whole family and customers appreciative like us..... blown away....!!
