Black Forest Bakery debt collections RUBBISH!

Collections on behalf of Black Forest Bakery! Most unimpressed- received a final demand letter threatening legal judgement, however NO PHONE CALL or anything to actually alert that their is an ALLEGED account balance outstanding. Very unprofessional way to deal with businesses, Black Forest otherwise known under CMVS Logistics (go figure) when you receive blank and zero balance statements how are you to know or guess that their may be a pending issue??- companies should be sure of what rubbish collections companies you get involved with.
