Expensive cheap plastic bluetooth headphones break after a few days

After purchasing 4 x Blackspider Bluetooth Headphones for the office, the plastic headphones cracked and broke after a few days of using them.

I contacted the manager on 4 March 2025 and sent him photos of the broken headphones. He responded once, promising to send information on a similar product to replace the broken headphones. I have followed up since and he has not responded to any emails and ignoring phone calls. The scary part is that we ordered the items through Takealot.Com expecting quality items.
