The worst ISP in for fibre to the home in South Africa. Useless routers! Weak strength. Bad response times and telephone support. Not only that, you get told to reset your router because they cannot access it, and then they cannot reconfigure it telephonically and 4 days later, you are still waiting for a technician to arrive to solve the issue and you are without internet. They tell you they have escalated the call and after 4 days they still don't arrive. On the 4th day they tell you they have escalated it again and they still don't arrive!! @!?*! Never mind that we work from home and have lost time sitting around waiting for someone to pitch! Do you think they care?? Think again! Roll on April so that we can discontinue our contract! I cannot wait!
