I am absolutely appalled by the customer service received from Blade Express which is located in Wendywood, Johannesburg. My advice would be for customers to go directly to Capago Johannesburg as Blade Express is an extremely inefficient company that charges a premium fee, only for you to do all the work and the follow ups on your own, with no assistance or communication from them.
The only element they are quite efficient with is following up on payment for an incomplete job, but provide no responses to emails or queries on whether your visa will arrive on time.
The team was extremely rude and I would recommend that you DO NOT use them for any future travels. At the end of the day if there was a backlog at the consulate, they should respond and give customers an update but this company needs a urgent crash course on basic customer service because I would give them a 0/5 for the non existent customer experience and service.
I hope that they can take some pointers from this review and work on their shortcomings.
