Wish i had gone directly through Capago VIP for french visa application. Blade added NO extra value. My daughter (who is 12) visa was refused. They did not notify me the passports were returned 2 weeks ago. only when i eventually asked, worried did they say oh its there you can get it. TOO LATE. VISA refused. leaving in 10 days. could have fixed it. SO ANGRY. SO ***********. and Megan refers to the child's birth certificate as an "UNDER THE BRIDGE" birth certificate. Im sorry... you had one job.... i know there are no guarantees but their utter incompetance cost me a life dream trip to paris, plus additional cancellation fees, waste of visa fees. Over 10k and counting. and the only thing they can offer is to refund 1 x service fee of R1000. disgrace.

This is an emotional review because the service I got from Blade Express was above and beyond extraordinary. I was in a desperate situation after wasting time on an online visa agent scam and being turned down by 3x visa agents because the timeline was too tight - I was then referred to Blade Express. I contacted Blade Express and was assisted by Sue-Ellen - who was very calm, positive and willing to assist. I sent the documents to her and made the payment on the same day - then got my Visa within 3-working days. I’m very grateful to Sue and Blade Express for this extra ordinary service and saving me from the disappointment of not traveling. KEEP IT UP BLADE EXPRESS

I am absolutely appalled by the customer service received from Blade Express which is located in Wendywood, Johannesburg. My advice would be for customers to go directly to Capago Johannesburg as Blade Express is an extremely inefficient company that charges a premium fee, only for you to do all the work and the follow ups on your own, with no assistance or communication from them. The only element they are quite efficient with is following up on payment for an incomplete job, but provide no responses to emails or queries on whether your visa will arrive on time. The team was extremely rude and I would recommend that you DO NOT use them for any future travels. At the end of the day if there was a backlog at the consulate, they should respond and give customers an update but this company needs a urgent crash course on basic customer service because I would give them a 0/5 for the non existent customer experience and service. I hope that they can take some pointers from this review and work on their shortcomings. Thank you for the experience, I will NEVER use them again.

Please don’t use their services, you’re better off doing the applications yourself. We paid for their services and we had to pick up our passports from them (not meet them at visa application center) and we have to courier our passports to the center once approved. They did nothing but few clicks on computer. On top of that we have to call them to get applications (on day of visa)

The Team at Blade Express in Gauteng were amazing the way they delivered their overall service. We had their support in gaining a visitors visa for my mum to travel overseas and see us. They made this complex, and somewhat frustrating, ordeal, run smoothly and my mum was fetched and supported all the way through various appointments without any hassles at all. They then ensured that she was collected and delivered to and from the airport - they were on time, kind, patient and professional. We cannot recommend their service highly enough. Thank you Blade for caring about your clients.

Blade Express isn't just incompetent, they couldn't care two figs about the implications of their incompetence. They've caused me incredible delays of more than 2 weeks during what should have been a two-week drive from Johannesburg to Cairo, by not understanding the perils of travelling on two passports through Africa. They've complicated things by not ensuring that my Multiple Entry Visa to Sudan was...as clearly requested...a "Multiple Entry Visa". They don't respond timeously to calls/emails/text messages and/or WhatsApp, and the only real way to get hold of them once they've stuffed up is to get someone to call them from an unknown number. They've essentially stolen more than R10 000 of my money and caused me HUGE problems during my Cairo 2 Cape Town Carbon Free project.
