Woolworths’ customer service has been deteriorating while their prices have been increasing at an alarming rate, trying to make up for poor performance of their apparel business. The Table Bay Mall store is one of the worst stores when in comes customer service. Their management even cover up and lie when their bad customer service is challenged. I’ve decided to stop doing major shopping at any Woolworths. I will only use them for convenient shopping with very few items in a month.
I truly appreciate the service I received from Mandisa Mdudo. She is solution oriented, kept me informed throughout the claim process and she was always ready to listen to my concerns.
Appalling customer service from their national customer service center. You would swear that they are from an outsourced company.
Great location, 4-star hotel but it’s poorly maintained. The chicken I ordered from their restaurant tasted was off- it’s as if like it was out the refrigerator for days before it was prepared. Room decor is that of a 4-star and house keeping so they’re best to clean but with bad smelling carpets, broken drawers, malfunctioning shower, it leaves less to be desired.
This is an emotional review because the service I got from Blade Express was above and beyond extraordinary. I was in a desperate situation after wasting time on an online visa agent scam and being turned down by 3x visa agents because the timeline was too tight - I was then referred to Blade Express. I contacted Blade Express and was assisted by Sue-Ellen - who was very calm, positive and willing to assist. I sent the documents to her and made the payment on the same day - then got my Visa within 3-working days. I’m very grateful to Sue and Blade Express for this extra ordinary service and saving me from the disappointment of not traveling. KEEP IT UP BLADE EXPRESS
Job was not bad but they are always at least an hour late… I reported this but it seems as if it’s in their culture.
Prices are good and fitting was OK

I would give a zero star if there was an option. Nissan Milnerton are not honest and they illegally trap customers to only use them for car service. Please be careful when you take their car service plan. They have enforced a new “illegal” rule that requires all service plans taken with SAFY (through their branch) to ONLy use them as Service Agents. Even worse, they apply this retrospectively. This is an anti-competitive behaviour and is against the law. Secondly, they wouldn’t put it in writing because they know it’s against the law so they enforce it by declining authorisation when you take your vehicle for service to other dealerships. This means the other dealership will not be able to service your vehicle because they need authorisation from SAFY. Please be very very careful when you deal with this branch
The store is under new management and they promised that the service will improve but they don’t seem to know what they are doing. They make mistakes that can cost you money and business - if you have a business contract with Vodacom.
