I am very disappointed by the treatment I received from Yordanka Nencheve at the ICC in East London. I am not sure if this kind of treatment is personal or what. cause I am failing to understand as to why the rates for the rooms I book keep changing every second week, and what makes me sad about this matter is that these changes are not communicated with me before hand as a loyal client to their hotel and as someone is very supportive of the business instead these changes of rates are being shoved down my throat without any consideration as their loyal client. And the lady is very rude to say the least. I have tried to be patient with her but now I am at a point where I can't anymore and I am tired of keeping quiet about how all this is making me feel unhappy about how she is handling this matter which is unacceptable, instead of writing an email to explain the changes. I'm here every month for 25-30 days and I can't be treated as such. I always bring Clients to support the hotel because I have never had complaints such as these until the passing of Mr. Sefton Cramer. I would appreciate if you can please change your ways, because I am not the only one complaining about this kind of treatment

I felt so embarrassed when I saw my colleague and one of your restaurant at the front desk that they were helping each other to see/know who entered my room ...because my colleague was mockering about that in the meeting that we were attending...worse part now when I am thinking of it the first day when I checked in to my supervisor Ms Bingwa's room and to find out the room was switched from 709 to 1106 on the 19/05/25 when I entered the room I found my colleague's luggage inside.

Booked in on Sunday 04/02 and staying for the week for work purposes. Due to tight schedule, My colleague and I have to leave at 6.30 and thus requested breakfast packs. BIGGEST mistake.... never again we'll suffer the rest of the week. we still here in room 1207 and 1209. Complained to Mr. Cramer, the GM but still feathers.

Great location, 4-star hotel but it’s poorly maintained. The chicken I ordered from their restaurant tasted was off- it’s as if like it was out the refrigerator for days before it was prepared. Room decor is that of a 4-star and house keeping so they’re best to clean but with bad smelling carpets, broken drawers, malfunctioning shower, it leaves less to be desired.

The hotel is clean and good but what was excellent was the amazing service received by booking agent Siwa and shuttle service driver Siwe. These lovely people rendered a service that was far beyond my expectations. Kindest, most supportive people. A definite asset to the company. God bless them dearly. I have Never seen this support for guests, they went over and beyond. 🙏

The hotel is clean and good but what was excellent was the amazing service received by booking agent Siwa and shuttle service driver Siwe. I was there on the 20th of August to the 22nd , on my arrival I checked in & I was given a room with an occupant, room 1009 to be specific, they changed me to room 524 where there were athletes or participants on that floor who were so noisy as from 4:00 am,they were going up & down also singing. I requested to be changed, meaning to be given a 3rd room. On the 21st I was changed to room 1002, the room was so smelly remember when I was doing up & down no one bothered to assist me with my lagguage, I had to request my colleague. I reported & a certain guy came poured something in the bathroom and told me that it's a sewerage and the hotel staff was actually aware of the smell but decided to allocate me to that room, the guy who was cleaning the bathroom suggested that I must request to be changed I told him that I don't have the energy because I've already changed three times. The smell was so unbearable at night but I was so tired I just told myself that it was the last day.

So i decided to vacate the hotel and go the other hotel. Niw i want my refund, myPerfume... NO MORE PREMIUM HOTEL FOR ME MY FAMILY AND MY FRIENDS
