First time getting such a service from this company. The worst I have ever got Makro Woodmead, it is so frustrating as they don't even pick up their phones Been trying to do return for a couch I bought online but with so much fail cause no one in that store is willing to assist I tried calling their customer service helpline even them have no way forward in how to help me return the couch as the guys in store are not answering the phone Been calling that store the whole morning, you would swear their phones are not working the way they are not picking up the phone.. I am so frustrated how can such a big company can be so unprofessional like this, I have never ever since I shopped at Makro got such a run around about doing an online return
They have the worst service one can find. The staff is very rude and have no manners.. I was there on the 25th of December at 23:38 to buy food, we waited more than 30 minutes to get out order and what is sad the staff didn't even care, when we asked why it is taking long we were told the is only one person that is working When I looked through the window there only 3 people in the kitchen.. the guy was rude and refused to give me his managers number nor his name Macdonald in East London has the worst service shame I have never been to any of Macdonald's shop and received the kind of service the MacDonalds in East London gives it's customers... I don't know if the issue is the management or the staff but people in those MacDonald need to be educated about efficiency and customer service also the importance of a fast service...
I am very disappointed by the treatment I received from Yordanka Nencheve at the ICC in East London. I am not sure if this kind of treatment is personal or what. cause I am failing to understand as to why the rates for the rooms I book keep changing every second week, and what makes me sad about this matter is that these changes are not communicated with me before hand as a loyal client to their hotel and as someone is very supportive of the business instead these changes of rates are being shoved down my throat without any consideration as their loyal client. And the lady is very rude to say the least. I have tried to be patient with her but now I am at a point where I can't anymore and I am tired of keeping quiet about how all this is making me feel unhappy about how she is handling this matter which is unacceptable, instead of writing an email to explain the changes. I'm here every month for 25-30 days and I can't be treated as such. I always bring Clients to support the hotel because I have never had complaints such as these until the passing of Mr. Sefton Cramer. I would appreciate if you can please change your ways, because I am not the only one complaining about this kind of treatment

The worst service anyone can get at Mr Price mall of Africa the assistant manager doesn't know how to do her job nor listen to customers regarding their complaints.. My mother bought a phone last night and this morning when I want to return it I am being told that I can't return it. The worst part it is not even the phone I wanted my mother got the wrong phone
This store has the worst sicking customer service, the lady that helped this afternoon named Athi Mandayi is very rude and doesn't know the meaning of customer service.. I used to hear people complain about the service of that store but I never thought it was this worse, the worst part even the manager of that centre doesn't seem to note people's complaints instead he is covering for his colleagues, with that kind of management I don't understand how things in that centre could change or improve.. it makes me sick to see such a service from someone that is employed to represent a company to act like that with customers... Athi undermined us to the last core with how she handled our query.. I don't understand the dstv employee from Mdantsane City Mall. Athi needs to be taken back to class for customer service on how to deal and help customers in a very polite and calm manner
John Madzima was very patient and understood what I needed him to help me with and he did exactly that, even tho I tried to be difficult with him he remained calm and patient with me and delivered exceptional service. I pray that DStv can try to train their agents not to rush to end the call with a client instead have more patients like John Madzima and work out the problem with the client until there is a resolution for both parties and end the call with both parties satisfied. Reason most of us opt out of DStv is because of the bad service we get, we are deprived of people like John Madzima at DStv people that know why they are the and what they are doing the and why they said they want to work at a customer service company. John Madzima PLEASE NEVER CHANGE THE ATTITUDE you have in how you are doing your job you are EXCEPTIONAL you wake up every morning knowing why you are the please never allow one bad call to change how you deliver what is expected and beyond of you KUDOS to you sir 🫡🫡🫡
My word, I have been buying nandos at this particular store before and to be really honest they always knew how to deliver exceptional food. My word yesterday 09/03/2024 I bought a chicken plater for R630 I asked for 2 different flavors at first I was shocked to hear that they don't offer 2 different flavors because I normally buy it like that all the time, ok I manage to get it. When we get to our hotel and open the box the chicken doesn't have any sauce on it none whatsoever, it was gonna be ok if they did put it even if it's tiny still it would be something lemon and herb chicken was super dry and tasted so horrible the tangy tomato the sauce was so tiny to a point that you would say they should have just not put it like they did with the other chicken, they wings didn't have sauce, they corn didn't have any sauce. I called the store numerous times to no avail. Eventually I managed to get hold of the manager ubabalwa and guess what she said I should bring the chicken myself cause they don't have drivers mind you I don't have driver as well cause I don't stay in EL we are visiting here so to her I must pop out money for uber to get to their store after I spent so much money to buy the food. She said she will call her boss and ask him what to do but yena she is willing to do the plater again tomorrow 10/03/2024 but then she called again and said her boss is refusing to redo the plater he said the is sauce on the chicken I should have asked for extra sauce. Mind you the chicken doesn't have any gave them an option to even taste it to see if the is any kind of sauce on that other chicken even on the wigs. They never called me till today 10/03/2024.. the worst part they don't even acknowledge that I spent my money and that I am a customer. Most worst of it all is the boss saying I am lying about the sauce and sad part is that this person was not even in store when I bought this food
