Poor terrible service installation need end caps not supp****
Thelmarie Swartz the worse Assistant Installation Manager a bull****ter with all the excuses in the world arrange a date and time then everything to use like the end caps not ordered. She just caused that I will never use Magnador again. I have a whole new house for windows to be done Magnador just lost this deal. I still have a patio door at my house to be done Magnador just lost this deal thanks to the bull****ter Thelmarie Swartz

Terrible Presale service
Atrocious service. I tried to request an estimate through the website and the form simply didn't work. I then requested an estimate through WhatsApp, with measurements, and received no response. I checked in three weeks later and again received no response. I checked one last time, the following day, requesting an estimate and I was declined. The reason stated, was that my email alias included the businesses name. I offered to provide another and was declined. Disappointing that using an email alias would lead to a refusal for a simple estimate. And if this is the service BEFORE a sale, I'd hate to imagine what it's like after they've been paid.

Magnador - 1st Class service
I've had a couple of installations from Magnador and been very happy. A few weeks ago I called them late on a Friday afternoon because the slam lock on an outside security gate was stuck. No problem at all for them to arrive on Monday and replace the lock free of charge. Well Done Magnador.

Magnador - 1st Class service
I've had a couple of installations from Magnador and been very happy. A few weeks ago I called them late on a Friday afternoon because the slam lock on an outside security gate was stuck. No problem at all for them to arrive on Monday and replace the lock free of charge. Well Done Magnador.

Magnador & Marilyn Honicke world class service !!!!
Wow, Wow, Wow, excellent service and awesome after sales service from Marylin Honicke and Magnador. We contacted Magnador as we are in the market for some of their home security products. We were blown away by how quickly they responded and routed the request to Marylin. She was extremely courteous, and almost available immediately to meet onsite and take the relevant measurements. Her quote followed extremely quickly after the site visit +/- 2 hours which is world class. She was extremely helpful and gladly shared her industry knowledge about what they could do for us. I would highly recommend Marilyn from Magnador if you have any home security requirements.

Very Good Service.
I would like to commend Robin, apologies for not remembering his surname, who came and discussed the installation of burglar proofing for my home. Then the team who came out to do the work as well. This team arrived on time and didn't mess around but got on with the job and did so very efficiently. They were at all times most respectful to the wife and myself and made sure that we understood how the locks worked and what maintenance was required for the doors. Cleaned up after themselves and were just a very pleasant bunch of people to have to deal with. A credit to the organisation. Thank you Magnador. Should I have anyone needing to have burglar bars installed I will not hesitate in recommending yourselves. I only gave Magnador four stars because I believe nobody is perfect and should always strive to be that bit better. But I was tempted to give the full five stars. Again Thank you.
