Hi I have tried sorting out my account on your system for the last 2 weeks. I have send over 7 mails to all departments. I have phoned more then 5 times. It just seems the only response am getting is we will contact you in 48 hours and then that never happens. Where is the service for from your accounts department. Seems like they dont really look after there clients. Why must i keep on calling you guys if you do not respond. If you like i can ad all mails attached so you can see them here and i can get an response maybe. Regards,
Dear AasvoelKrans I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback regarding our recent stay. Overall, we had a wonderful time and the children especially enjoyed the swimming facilities. The animal park was also a highlight for them, and they had a great experience there. However, I would like to bring to your attention an issue we encountered during our stay. We experienced some disturbances late at night, particularly from loud,drunken and disruptive guests near our tent. It would be greatly appreciated if this could be addressed, as the noise affected the overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay. Given the presence of security personnel on-site, I believe it should be manageable to ensure that such disturbances are minimized. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the campsite and appreciate the excellent facilities provided. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I have waited the 72 Hours to get an replay from Planet Fitness Bedford and it seems they are just not responding. I even send it first to there costumer care email and then Google review. I even send them the proof that they said I must attached but nothing is changing. So here is the first mail send to Planet Fitness. Now that I say we don't wont the contract because its not the same as was said by sales we have to pay more then 3000 on an contract to get out its 2 month old. Please see attached conversation with sales where he admits he gave wrong information. I will be advising all current clients and chat history so nobody makes the same mistake as I made trusting sales. But it seems they don't really care if there sales teams gives the wrong info to clients signing contracts. Worst part is the first Month everything run smooth but the back up service is bad. I Must say everything went well on service side and installation but when you refer someone they do not give the discount on the account as they advertise. I have called them 4 times about this and everytime its the same story we will log an call and get back to you. The client i gave them will be the last.
Great service i would recommend them to anybody. Thank you for speedy service and great quality.
