She just caused that I will never use Magnador again. I have a whole new house for windows to be done Magnador just lost this deal. Takealot commits ***** giving option when goods same province for next day delivery. This does not happen when questioning this it get told but delivery will happen then after closing time you get sms delivery tempted strange no one contacted me to enter complex another lie. Still bull****ting clients another day later Lulo lies every thing coming out her mouth
Bought a dining room table and 6 chairs. One out of the six chairs are wrong chair. The diningroom table looks completely diferent than the display one furious client. It will cost me petrol to drive back there and show them the pictures. Sales person Maureen could make sure correct goods leave their premises
Once again 2 emails no reply from Netstar. Friday we left an address. On Saturday I contact Netstar on whatsapp to see what location they had made screenshots. Netstar service so accurate as the location they send me was in Paarl but since friday the 3rd at 12pm the car was at my home address. I then also noted I am paying for a vehicle that I sold and transfered it to a new vehicle so instead paying 3 vehicles I am paying for 4 . This is how Netstar works they pathetic think twice before make use of Netstar. I emailed twice now with no response as usual. Dont phone me as if I want to see actors I will go and watch a show not staff of Netstar trying to talk funny with me. Email me
Please be aware of this Company. Their app is more down than it works.They had a potential hacker and did not inform their clients about it. Moipone Mchunu is a ****. Sending email and when the premium went off it was with increa*****t . They are torally in breach of a contract I have. I will drive somewhere go back home and my car will show for 3 days I am somewhere else then I notify them and get a email of address I am not at for 3 days this is how accurate their tracking is. Think twice before using them. I sended a email yesterday but no customer service no respond my money is good
I bought 2 Omoda Styles from Jeanne Mari the day of delivery she was not one of the pleasant people on the phone and told me the manager will hand over the vehicle got there she did it herself. I then paid cash again for the second car. I had to take car back as smash and grab was done badly. This should have been correct on day one. When collecting second car smash and grab had issues again. She makes arrangement for lisence plate to be put on for 10h00 driver arrives 2h30 min later. I had to leave as I could not wait. Today I go 8am for rectify of smash and grab number plates was put on but no lisence disk. She said after that she will go to Paarl to do my daughter car. No one knew and she did not answer them. I had now to pay someone else to do it for me . She got her money for 2 new cars but no after service I doubt if she should be a sales person. I do not recommend her at all
Went to the Tygervalley branch waited how long to find out about sizes. No one comes back. Service very bad at that pop up store. Then ordered online lets see how the service is now with online order as I noted the reviews are not so good.
I wanted to upgrade my ticket from Zurich to Manchester. The transaction did not go through on Swiss Air side but the money went on my credit card as unclear. Numerous phone calls and facebook still no where as my bank need a email stating the transaction did not happen. Shocking to see all the bad reviews about Swiss Air. I want to upgrade my seat but cannot do it while money is not released to my account. My first time I booked with Swiss Air but with no customer service assistance will definately be last. Doubt any response from them
No customer care I emailed with proof a transaction thats uncleared on my credit card. I emailed the conversation with the airline as well I got automated email with reference nr thats all the following day I phoned and was told it takes 2 to 3 working days we now day 4 working day no call no email respond and money still not reversed. Is this how customers are treated thats with the bank 40 years plus shocking. Think it time to reconcider taking my accounts somewhere else
I went to Tygervalley Data Store on 13 March 2025 to switch to an esim. Shock December paid R25.00 yesterday R185.00 increase of R160.00 I waited the 3 hours receive my QR code but not the pin. I phoned the datastore and then it was send. I then try to add the esim which it said unsuccessfull. I again phoned the datastore Anthea she requested me to come in again. While she was busy Lyle assisted me and sended the QR code again then it did not allow me to enter a pin. I then realised he sended the wrong phone number QR code which I have proof. Then they said they must give me a simcard again. Then a women of Vodacom phoned. My hell who can remember phone numbers of 20 years back so I failed these stupid questions. I again phoned Anthea she suggest I come in today 14 March which I did. Guess what the number is block. Now who block it anyway then I was told no they have my details this will be fixed at 3pm at 15h22 I phoned Anthea she tells me they busy with it will take another 10 min good its now another 40 min and I do not have a sim card nor an esim and no phone call. This is pathetic service from Vodacom
