DISGUSTING WORKMANSHIP
Nedbank sent leaktech out to repair a burst geyser. They left us with a hole in the ceiling, a wet ceiling, splatters of rusty water on my walls and doors inside my house. They also ran rust water from the geyser into my back yard area all over my garden equipment, my kitchen brooms, and my cast iron potjie. The geyser was replaced on Monday morning, i have lodged a complaint, they still have not come out to clean it up. I had to clean the yard last night because it was disgusting to look at. The walls however i couldnt clean as the rusty water has stained it. I have photos which i have sent to them and to Nedbank Insurance.

I think leak tech are contracted to Outsurance, and well done for them working with leak tech. I detected a leak at 4am and by 6am leak tech's plumber William had fixed the issue. In under 2 hours, no stress of geyser replacements and lengthy waits. William is an exemplary professional.

Unprofessional service provider
Job was not bad but they are always at least an hour late… I reported this but it seems as if it’s in their culture.

Leak Tech CC (Plumbing) Excellent Professional Service.
Whilst I don't normally want to do business with this company as it's normally associated with plumbing problems and expensive payments of insurance excess (not their fault), at least I am assured of a very professional service and follow up of the work that they undertake.

BLESSED BY LEAK TECH
I was without hot water for 3 days, trying to get joy from a company after registering the claim with ABSA. Eventually I registered the claim again and FOGI Plumbing Solutions sent Leak Tech to do the work. Minutes after receiving the call to inform me that a plumber would fix the problem, my door bell rang. Thank you for excellent service and so very professional, something which is lacking these days. Within an hour they left my premises and matter resolved. Why can this not be the norm? Please support Leak Tech. I will definitely use them again. Thank you FOGI for sending them to bless me! One VERY happy customer smiling again.

Leak Tech is a trustworthy, reliable plumbing and electrical (geysers and electric/electronic controls) service provider which has through the years provided excellent and rapid response services at my premises, e.g. installation of the Geysermax system, setup and changes to the system, repairs to my geysers, repairs of water tank valves and piping, repairs of taps and pipes outside my house etc !. They are a friendly and efficient group of people to deal with. Knowledgeable experts in their field !
