I was without hot water for 3 days, trying to get joy from a company after registering the claim with ABSA. Eventually I registered the claim again and FOGI Plumbing Solutions sent Leak Tech to do the work. Minutes after receiving the call to inform me that a plumber would fix the problem, my door bell rang. Thank you for excellent service and so very professional, something which is lacking these days. Within an hour they left my premises and matter resolved. Why can this not be the norm? Please support Leak Tech. I will definitely use them again. Thank you FOGI for sending them to bless me! One VERY happy customer smiling again.
The water in my geyser was cold so I registered a claim with ABSA. I was very hopeful that I would get service this time round. An sms came the next morning and I was called to inform that ituAssist would deal with the claim. The biggest mistake of my life! 3 days later and I am still without hot water. The first excuse was that they could not find a plumber in my area. Then after complaining a new plumber was appointed. I sent so many messages to them, all unanswered and no manager calling me to explain. Please start praying when you register a claim with ABSA and you get a call from ituAssist.
